Coaches Coaches do not need to hold a full qualification, but should have coaching experience and be keen to develop through coaching qualifications. Supervisors Supervisors will have day-to-day responsibility for small groups. Applicants should enjoy working with young people and have the enthusiasm to want to encourage and support participation.
