4 Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport The Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport offers scheduled direct connections to more than 30 destinations in Europe. The number of passengers and cargo has doubled within the last decade and the airport is in a process of continuous transformation, becoming an important regional distribution and logistics centre. Significant numbers of passengers and goods from Western Europe pass through the airport on their way to the south-east of the continent and onwards to destinations in the Far East. The first stage of airside expansion comprised a new terminal 1 and the construction of terminal 2 will begin in the future. Once completed, the airport will meet the forecast increase in passenger demand, though not all the expectations the modern airport users expect in terms of commercial services. It is essential that, beside modern airside operations, the airport provides facilities, that shorten routes, save time and offer space for different commercial activities. 6 At Your Service. The general aviation centre is managed by Aerodrom Ljubljana d.d., taking care of aircrafts up to 45 tonnes and up to 19 passengers. This is a private aviation centre for passengers coming to the Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport for business, commercial, economic, tourist and private purposes. Our goal is to meet the needs of the General Aviation community at the Ljubljana Airport and to provide exceptional customer service, including: Taxiing passengers and crew to and from the planes Assistance with customs and police procedures Shuttle service to hotels Hotel and car rental reservations Refuelling Catering All other aircraft maintenance and supply (electricity, water etc.) Cleaning the cabin De-icing the airplanes The use of a weather data computer Information on flight plan and airspace restrictions Security services All our clients are also welcome to use our: Air-conditioned waiting rooms for passengers and crews Duty-free shop Restaurant Conference room Air-conditioned VIP room Aerodrom Ljubljana general aviation service also supplies military aircrafts, ambulance and cargo flights, that do not exceed 10 tonnes. The VIP Centre At the VIP service centre, you will enjoy privacy, individual care and the utmost in comfort. On request, we can arrange everything you need for a business meeting or a conference at the airport. In the mean time, you can enjoy the discrete comfort of our air-conditioned lounges with satellite TV, free wireless internet access and room service. Your crew can rest in a separate crew room equipped with computer and satellite TV. Our experienced staff have served prominent businessmen, well-known artists and other special guests. 8 General Aviation Apron Five parking areas are available on the apron. These areas are bordered by red lines. To aid orientation, parking stands PSN G9 to G21 are also marked inside these areas. The General Aviation Apron also has a separate area reserved exclusively for helicopter operations. Three parking stands are set aside for helicopters and access is possible via air taxiway V. Currently ATWY V may only be used under VMC during daylight hours. Taxiing on the GA apron takes place under the supervision of a Follow Me vehicle. 8

10 Runway Information Runway 13 Technical Information RUNWAY 31 ICAO IATA OPEN Position Access LJLJ LJU H24 26 km NW of Ljubljana Via highway E64 The primary runway for aircraft landing at the Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport is Runway 31. Runway 31 is equipped for landing in CAT IIIB conditions. In instrumental approach conditions, the following are available: ILS 31 approach, VOR/DME 31 approach, and NDB 31 approach. After landing, aircrafts generally leave the runway via TWY G. Access to the main apron is via TWY N or TWY P. Reference point N E of the airport (WGS 84 coordinates) RUNWAY Runway bearing: 31 / 13 For general aviation, TWY F is mainly used. Arrival from Ljubljana: turn left at the crossroads with the main and service road and turn left again at the next crossroads. Please follow the sign for Terminal GAC on the right.
