Leadership Express Series Monthly two-hour sessions are facilitated by senior Hay Group consultants. Each series of four modules offers a progressive structure of experiences that provides a valuable, practical and intense leadership development experience to enhance leadership skills. The series is for leaders who want to: Enhance their leadership skills and build strengths Learn effective influencing and coaching skills Build high performing teams The structure of the series will provide: Support in applying effective leadership skills and techniques A community of practice and support Modular and focused learning experiences that fit into a busy schedule The opportunity to register for all or selected sessions Register early seats are very limited. Series 1: October 2014 January 2015 Series 2: February 2015 May 2015 Registration fee: $300.00/per module; $ /per series; or $2, for both series Optional: 360 assessment and individual feedback and coaching session $ Location: Hay Group Office, 81 Metcalfe Street, Suite 1200, Ottawa Also available: In-house programs: Adapted to your organization s language and concerns Flexible schedule Customized topics, if required Cancellation Policy: Course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the workshop. Cancellations made by delegates at least 14 days prior to the program start are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the start of the program will be assessed 100% of the fee. Substitute participants are welcome.
