F all other queries, please call our aftersales team at TRAVEL INFORMATION BY ROAD Be prepared: It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with local road rules and abide by them. Most European countries have a list of compulsy equipment that you must take with you. F example, there is a new legal requirement in France to carry a breathalyser in your car. F driving advice and a list of the equipment you ll need, please visit GPS Co-dinates: E ` N ` Directions: Michelin map n 79 and IGN map n 110 will be useful. From Bdeaux - take the motway number A62 and leave at the Marmande exit. From Toulouse - take the motway number A62 and leave at the Aiguillon exit. Directions from Paris: Take the A6 to Lyons, then A7 to Orange and then A9 through to Remoulins. Leave Autoute A9 at Remoulins and follow signs f Beaucaire and continue to town centre. On descending a straight wide road (Boulevard Marechal Foch) go straight over roundabout and straight on over bridge. Continue straight ahead through the traffic lights. Take the next road to the right, pass Baccardi/Martini facty and follow this road to the Connoisseur base (signposted). Road distance approximately 700 kms 6.5 hrs.

3 CAR TRANSFERS (FOR ONEWAY CRUISES) If you are doing a one-way cruise (i.e. returning your boat to a different base), we can transfer your car from your departure base to your end base. Our staff are insured to drive your vehicle on your behalf, with the exception of rental vehicles. Car transfers are bookable in advance via our sales team. Start Base End Base Transfer Supplement Le Mas d Agenais Castelnaudary $400 Le Mas d Agenais Condom $200 Le Mas d Agenais Montauban $260 YOUR ARRIVAL BASE OPENING HOURS Tuesday Thursday: 9.00am to 12.00am and 2.00pm to 6.00pm Monday, Friday & Saturday: 8.30am to 12.00am and 1.30pm to 6.00pm Sunday: CLOSED WHEN TO ARRIVE: Your boat will be ready to depart f 16:00-17:30. We recommend that you arrive 60 minutes earlier f check-in and instructions. If you have booked an Early Check-in Service, please arrive at the base ready to depart between 11am and 12pm from 2pm. LATE ARRIVALS: If you are going to be arriving at the base late, you will need to infm the base directly our sales team. When you arrive at the base there will be a note on the reception do infming you where your boat is. The boat will be left open with the lights on f you to stay on board that night. The base staff will do the full briefing the following mning. UPON ARRIVAL: Our base staff look fward to welcoming you to their cruising region and aim to make your arrival and holiday as smooth and enjoyable as possible. When you arrive base staff will: Take a fuel deposit to cover the fuel you use during your holiday. Any extra fuel used will be charged on your return we will refund the difference f fuel you have not used. Take a refundable collision damage deposit if you have not purchased collision damage waiver. This will be refunded if you return your boat and its inventy undamaged at the end of your holiday Familiarise you with your waterways guide, maps and other helpful documentation provided to help you plan where you want to go and where you d like to stop. Brief you about your boat, the equipment on board, and the cruising area (places to visit, etc). Give you a boat handling demonstration on the water with one of our technicians.

4 BASE FACILITES PARKING: Parking is bookable in advance via our sales team. External locked compound - $54 per week Free unsecure parking is also available. LOCAL FACILITIES HOTELS & RESTAURANTS Hostellerie Champon - Tel: Chez Angèle - Tel Chinatown - Tel Le Chaudron - Tel La Malmaison - Tel SUPERMARKET & SHOPS The nearest supermarket can be found in Tonneins Marmande, 15 kms from the base. They open at 9.00am to 8.00pm every day, but are closed on Sunday. In the town surrounding the base, you can find lots of shops, including a butcher, baker, bank and grocers. These shops are open every day, apart from Sunday mning. On Monday, you find only the baker and the grocer open. There are also pubs and one restaurant in the town. The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening. YOUR RETURN Your boat should be returned and unoccupied by 9am on your last cruising day ( by midday if you have booked a Late Check-out).
