4 Notes Revisions in this issue The Notes section has been added to the report to provide greater information and insight on any changes implemented to the petroleum statistical time series published in this report. The reporting of aviation turbine fuel has been split into domestic and international sales in tables 3A, 3B and 3C. This change provides greater transparency and insight into aviation turbine fuel sales in Australia. Upcoming changes The July 2015 edition of the Australian Petroleum Statistics report will include minor historical revisions to crude oil, condensate and LPG indigenous production, sales and stocks data time series from July 2008 onwards. These revisions replace the long-term estimates used for several companies with actual data based on published company quarterly production reports. The July 2015 edition of the report will also include upstream petroleum data sourced from the National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator (NOPTA). Statistical analysis is currently being undertaken on excise data of domestic petroleum sales sourced from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), with the objective of incorporating the excise data into this report to improve the coverage and accuracy of petroleum sales data.
