2 Foreword Now that you have started to read this please continue, I would like to give you an insight to myself before you continue your journey through this brochure to hopefully gain a feel for our company. I started my career in engineering in 1979 as an E.I.T.B mechanical apprentice with S.U Butec, a BL Cars group company which was later taken over by a Japanese multinational automotive component manufacturer. My career progressed within the company ultimately becoming a senior machine design engineer for the Advanced Engineering department, responsible for machine and automation design, production method improvements and new product introduction. I gained vast experience travelling to many parts of the world including Japan, India, UAE and most European countries, visiting and working with engineering companies on specific projects. In 1993 I founded EBS which has grown to become a successful specialist engineering company that Designs and Manufactures Production Machinery, Automated and Robotic Systems for various market sectors from Automotive to Medical with a team of experienced engineers and apprentices. The concept proposal will be discussed further with you to ensure our original scoping and interpretation is correct and that nothing has changed or come to light. To move the project forward our EBS Automation 14 Stage phase gated project management system will be used, taking the project from start to finish through pre-determined stages, ensuring that it follows a consistent path and sets relevant review points for you to be part of the process. 11 Leak Testing EBS Automation have considerable expertise in leak testing a whole range of products and have manufactured and installed leak test machines throughout Europe. At our on-site leak test laboratory we can carry out product test validation to prove test results, prior to embarking on your project.

12 Intelligent Jigs and Fixtures EBS automation designs, manufactures, assembles, and commissions intelligent jigs and fixtures, assembly aids to support in house tool rooms or to offer a complete one stop service for all your tooling requirements.
