With diverse demographics and an abundance or promotional opportunites, motorsports marketing provides an innovative way to promote and sell your products. The excitement generated at a racetrack is seldom matched at other events. By transforming this excitement into a successful marketing program, motorsports can be used to increase sales and portray your company in a positive spot light. Race fans understand partnerships are necessary to the contribution of the sport. Therefore, it is perceived as an integral part of racing rather than an unwanted interruption. This acceptance by fans brings a positive buying enviroment that is rarely duplicated in any other type of promotional activity. You will see, from the information you are about to read, that motorsports marketing goes far beyond the simple benefit of having your company s name and logo on the side of a race car. In fact, you will be suprised at just how many opportunities you are presented with as a markrting partner with our race team. 7 Rewritting The Record Books Macy Causey Bio Macy comes from a long line of racing which began with her grandmother, Diane Teel. In 1978 Mrs. Teel was the first woman to win a NASCAR sanctioned race at Langley Speedway in Hampton, Virginia. Later that same year Mrs. Teel went on to win a championship, she then competed in the Late Model Sportsman and Busch Grand National Divisions of NASCAR. Macy s parents, Rette and Dee Causey also have a history of racing. Macy s father Rette, currently competes in the INEX Legends Racing Division as a Pro Driver where he has won numerous races. Mr. Causey also competed in the WKA Karting Series winning several races and championships. Macy s mother Dee, also competed in the WKA Karting Series for severl years winning multiple races. Macy began racing at the age of eight and has since won many races and championships. Macy, now 13 years old, is even more determined and dedicated to her love for racing. She works out with a personal trainer three days a week for strengthing and endurance. to make sure she is ready for competition. Macy is always beside her family as they all work to make sure her race car is in tip top shape. Macy is extremely competitive and not afraid of any challenges that may be placed in front of her. Since Macy began racing she has accomplished so much and is excited to see what the future holds for her racing career. She aspires to grow through the ranks of racing and ultimatley into the realms of NASCAR s top divisions.

9 Promotions & ADVERTISING Show Car Program Show car programs can be one of the most powerful promotional tools a company can establish. These programs can be used in a variety of ways. From trade show events to community gatherings, show car appearances serve as attention getters that will get your company noticed. When properly executed, show car events can be responsible for hundreds, if not thousands of visitors converging in one area, allowing for tremendous opportunity to promote and sell your products. Driver Appearances Much like a show car program, driver appearances draw potential customers to your products. Whether used at the racetrack or in conjunction with a show car appearance, drivers have been known to generate good impressions and create enthusiasm, all of which lead to increased sales and exposure for your company. In addition to the driver, other crew members can be in attendance, compounding the visibility and allowing for a perfect opportunity to directly interact with customers. Sweepstakes Programs Similar to incentive programs, sweepstake opportunities are readily available and can be coordinated through our race team. Different from your normal contest, sweepstakes usually offer far bigger prizes given to fewer individuals. Some examples of sweepstake programs that can be incorporated include dream race trips, driving school packages, and/or honorary team member for a race.
10 Merchandising Programs Effective merchandising can literally multiply the amount of exposure your organization receives through a team partnership. Souvenirs and merchandise have long lives and bring added exposure for many years to come. By offering team souvenirs for sale, the merchandising program is one that can pay for itself. Additionally, souvenirs and merchandise can be used as giveaways or incentivies to customers, employees, or VIP s alike. Here are just a few merchandising opportunities available through Causey Racing: Apparel: Hats, Beanies, T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, and Jackets are all popular items that would be sold and could also be used as incentives. These Items would be offered in adult and childrens sizes. Souvenirs: Anything with the sponsor/team logo is in high demand at the track or anywhere race fans can get there hands on them. From key chains, pens, stickers, and posters, souvenir items are great promotional avenues allowing for increased exposure and the ability to get your advertising message out. Dicast Cars: Scale replicas of the racecar. There are many different sizes, the 1/64 scale car sells great, and is a great marketing tool used for giveaways to help promote your brand. As with all the other programs, we will design, coordinate, and oversee your merchandising efforts. This includes ensuring the most cost-effective means of production. In addition, we will also manage details such as delivery to necessary locations, inventory tracking, cost analysis, etc.
11 Internet Exposure Through Causey Racing, we will develop our web site on your behalf. We can also incorporate team information into an existing web site if necessary. Both your company s products as well as team merchandise can be made available for purchase directly from this site if so desired. The web site development option will include all maintenance of the site for the duration of the partnership agreement. Hospitality Program Hospitality is a great way to entertain key customers, employees, and VIP s. Additionally, hospitality programs can also be used as incentives as described above. While not everyone is a race fan, attending a race live in a party atmosphere is always an enjoyable and memorable experience for guest. Tickets to hospitality Chalet Admission to the Race Tour of Team Pit Area and Hauler Food and Beverages Print Advertising Gaining attention of the reader is the single biggest challenge in print advertising. When incorporating racing into these ads, race fans simply cannot turn the page without giving your ad some level of attention. As a marketing partner with our race team, you will have access to the driver, team, car, and logos for use in your print and advertising campaigns. Likewise, we can work with you to research, develop, and produce the pieces if you desire.
12 Race Themed Collateral Just as you have the ability to use the team and its likeness in print advertising you will also have the ability to use it in other collateral material including product literature, flyers, catalogs, and product packaging. Team related P. O. P ( Point of Purchase) displays have also proven effective and can be administered through the race team. Track Displays & Demonstrations As a marketing partner, you will have the option of utilizing space at the track to set up product displays and demonstration booths. Race events have a carnivallike atmosphere with many of the fans arriving early; utilizing this time for direct interaction with fans is a great way to develop new business. Along with these display and demonstrations, you can partner with distributors in specific locations (which will further build your relationship) and offer cross promotions, further enhancing your program. Literature Distribution Between the actual race events and the show car/driver appearances, there will be a great deal of opportunity to distribute your product literature. This literature can be given out separately or integrated into race team information packets.
13 Public Relations & MEDIA COVERAGE Another powerful tool you can take advantage of is the large amount of media attention this team receives. We will use this media attention to bring you as much exposure and impressions as possible. We will take an active and aggressive role in ensuring maximum coverage of the team and our marketing partner. If past experience is any indication, your company can receive much more exposure than you could expect from a comparable investment in other print or media outlets. Media & Public Relations Plan We will develop and implement a complete public relations and media program to enhance your sales and marketing efforts utilizing the race team. This plan greatly increases your company s exposure not only during the race season, but leading up to and following the year as well. Event Coverage We have a history of providing an excellent public relations program. All events include a representative that will perform the following services : Event Write-Up Each event will have both a press release and article length write-up. Each write-up will include race event details, results, updates and a complete section on your company and products. Photography Photo coverage will be provided and made available to you. These photos will be used in articles and other printed pieces while allowing you the opportunity to integrate them into your own business needs.
14 Media Contact This representative will be responsible for all media contact. This individual will ensure that the proper media representatives are provided with as much information as possible to ensure maximum exposure for your company. The Media contat will also be available to answer any questions regarding the team or your company and products. Literature & Press Kits This representative will ensure all press kits and other information is distributed and/or made avaliable to the media and intrested personnel. The representative will also be responsible for ensuring sufficient literature is brought to each event and will monitor and track the amount of literature distributed. Press Releases Through Causey Racing we will ensure that press releases are developed for each race event along with all other news worthy events relating to the race team. Press releases will be summited to a predetermind number of outlets as well as any additional personnel you deem necessary. Press Tracking In an effort to successfully monitor your investment, copies of all coverage will be maintained and impression reports will be provided and distributed to the necessary personnel. These reports can be issued on a quarterly or monthly basis. A final year-end report will also be developed upon completion of the program.

Although the benifits of this partnership will far out weigh the cost, we want to take every opportunity to promote your company to the fullest. Company name and logo displayed on the racecar in a prominent location. Company name and logo displayed on transport vehicle in a prominent location. Company name and logo displayed on all race equipment, when possible in a prominent location. Company name and logo in all printed team literature including autograph cards, press kits, general information packets, and fan club materials. Use of driver and team likeness in any and all advertising and promotional programs. Access to driver and show car programs and appearances.
