6 who can apply? requirements career usa join hrc s career usa progam during or after your studies! you are currently enrolled or you have graduated from a full time hospitality or tourism degree outside the usa in the past year you have at least 6 months of recent and relevant hospitality working experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel or upscale restaurant if you are currently not enrolled in or graduated from a full time hospitality or tourism degree outside the usa, you need to have at least five years hospitality working experience outside the usa your english skills are good/fluent you are motivated, enthusiastic and professional

9 application process step 1 apply online on or send your resume, in English, to careers@hrc-international.com step 2 hrc will screen your resume and if we can assist you, we invite you for a phone interview step 3 complete your online profile on hrc s homepage; fill out your online resume and upload the following documents; passport, diploma/enrollment letter, recent reference letter(s) and a professional photo step 4 hrc will find an ideal program for your career and when you accept the offer, a 2 nd interview will be scheduled in skype; it s a role-play job interview to prepare you for the actual interview with the hotel step 5 hrc presents your resume to the hotel for interview(s) for the program step 6 once hired, the visa application starts; fees are due and hrc will support and arrange visa paperwork step 7 you will receive the official visa papers by courier and book your us consulate visit for the visa step 8 once you receive your visa you can book your flight and travel to get started on your new career!
