2 1-INTRODUCTION Stage and go is a company directly related to the touristic sector in Spain, placed in the city of Pineda de Mar, 50 km North B. Born in 2008, the main activity of Stage and Go is the research of placements for practices in the area of B-Costa Brava-Costa Daurada, and at the same time responsible of the training, coordination and the follow-up of students that decide to choose Spain-Catalonia for these school projects or their personal development. Stage and go is formed by a young team with a great spirit of innovation and a permanent dynamism, with the aim to reach the best results in relation with quality and responsibility. Our growing experience makes that we can proudly establish the PERSONAL COACHING as one of our strongest points. Our constancy and perseverance on the improvement of our objectives makes us one of the companies that have grown faster than the rest inside this sector, but always keeping the parameters of the aim of our beginning. At this moment we have collaboration with schools from many different countries like the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, receiving many different nationalities. This mix of cultures makes that all students have an incredible exchange of meanings and experiences and this help them to develop and improve all their personal and social skills too. Now we present what Stage and Go offers as company and what do we evaluate on the students that decide to join us for their practical training. 2.WHY WAS STAGE AND GO CREATED? to become a natural balance between Hotel, student and School. to improve communication for all involved parts. to protect the quality of the practices. to help students to grow up and improve their skills. to help with any inconvenience. to motivate students and stimulate positive attitudes. to manage all the documents professionally. to keep the agreed offer to all the parts.

3 3.WHAT DO THE STUDENT GET? Accommodation: The assigned hotel, always with the supervision of Stage and Go takes the responsibility o give a good-conditions accommodation to the student for their stay in our country. Normally it will be shared rooms with all the facilities. This can be in a hotel room or apartment. Meals: All the students have the right of 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the same hotel where they do their internship, including their free day too. Salary/allowance: The hotel takes the compromise to pay an amount to every student, being this amount of 80 a week or 320 a month. Some hotel may give extra incentives. All this money will be registered into the tax system, and legally paid. Stage and Go supervises that these payments are made without any problem from day 1 to the last day of practices. Transfers: Stage and go takes care of the transfers of all the students from the airport to their place accommodation and the other way around also. Stage and Go asks for determinate conditions basically defined of establishing a concrete day of arrival and departure. Free day: All students will have, at least of one free day a week. It will be tried to keep the same day every week, but in case of the work circumstances it is possible that sometimes it could be changed for another day. Flexibility from students will determinate a direct flexibility from the hotels too. Coordination, coaching and follow up: Every hotel will have a responsible person for every department: Animation, Reception, Bar/Restaurant, Kitchen, and Stage and go has, at he same time, a coordination department for all the students. This coordinator will be in charge of control, training and the weekly follow up of all the students. The main duty will be to give support to the students in their functions and to solve any doubt or problem that it could happen during the internship. The students will have a telephone number 24 hours a day available in case of emergencies.

4 Medical Service: All students must arrive to Spain with the European Health Insurance Card. With this card they can receive free medical assistance in case of emergency or sicknesses. Without this card, all medical assistances can have some economical costs. Stage and Go takes the responsibility to accompany the student to the medical consult in case of being necessary, but in case of not-having the Europass Card, Stage and Go would not pay any bill for the student. Special Discounts: We will provide to all the students with the STAGE AND GO VIP/DISCOUNT pass, where they will have special discounts on many shops and leisure business in our city. Also, there will be some business where they can use Internet with a reasonable price with this card. Bicycles: for those students placed in Malgrat de Mar for their practices, Stage and Go can provide bicycles in order not to let them walk from the apartment to their workplace, because of the distance existing between them. 4.REQUIREMENTS Human values deserve the maximal respect in our company. Stage and Go is aware that all the students they decide to collaborate with us have their own personality, character and way of acting. But in any case, there are some minimal requirements, that are essential to do in a correct way the basically functions in the touristic sector. Persons who may work in our hotels/restaurants must be dynamic and able to work with guests, flexible, enthusiastic and motivated; open to work in a team, with kids or adults, and to know two or more languages. It is also important to fit into determinate rules and ways of acting. Like this, the complete performance of the internship will stream for itself in a easygoing way. It becomes essential too: to be, at least 18 years old to speak English intermediate at least to be pre-selected by the school/university. to have an agreement for practices signed and stamped by the school/university (3 copies original) ready at the arrival. to prepare the NIE before the arrival at the consulate (Número de identificación de extrajeros)
