12 Planning & Payment Reserving Your Date Deliver a $ deposit to the club for the specific date being held. This will confirm your golf tournament date. Price Guarantee All prices are guaranteed upon signing of the golf tournament agreement. Otherwise, they are subject to change. Payment in full is due the day of the event and must be done by cash, credit card, or organization s check. Personal checks are not valid for final payment. Menu Choice Two weeks prior to your tournament, Minebrook will need your final menu selections for all food & beverage. Confirmation of Guests Ten days prior to your tournament, a call will be made to confirm the final number of golfers & banquet attendees. The confirmed number is the number you will be responsible to pay for the day of the event. We will not be responsible for noshows. If more guests show up for your event than the final number, you will be charged for the actual number of guests who attend your event. Please keep in mind that food is prepared for your final number. Players List Three days prior to your tournament, Minebrook will need a copy of the players list for the event. Minebrook will print cart signs & pairing lists for the tournament. Rain Dates Minebrook does not schedule rain dates. If golf is cancelled due to weather and the course is deemed unplayable by Minebrook management we will look to accommodate your tournament by rescheduling for another date. If that is not available to your group, each golfer will receive a voucher for golf at the contracted rate to return to Minebrook at their convenience. All banquets scheduled for the date of the event will also be rescheduled unless other arrangements are made with Minebrook.
