3 They were Brilliant I had my wedding at the Glenroyal Hotel and can not thank them enough. From the time it was booked until the big day, they were brilliant and the staff are a credit to the hotel. All our guests could not compliment the hotel and staff enough, rooms, food, bar, cleanliness, swimming pool and gym were set at a high standard. Thank you. 3

4 By far the best I am so glad we picked the Glenroyal Hotel. The experience from the wedding planner was amazing, she was there for us 24/7. From start to finish everything was amazing. We had a 2 day event and the staff couldn t have done any more for us if they tried. Management and staff are so friendly. The food from start to finish was unreal, not one person had a bad word to say. The quality of food for our guests for our wedding meal was by far the best we have ever experienced. The hotel is spotless. The gym and pools are fab. If I could do it all over again I wouldn t change a thing. I can never thank them enough for making our day as special as they did. Thanks again. 8 The food was lovely After looking around for a wedding venue we decided on the Glenroyal Hotel. The staff were very nice and welcoming and the food was lovely. We were then invited down, along with our parents for a full 4 course meal. All the staff have really looked after us. 8

9 Warm and Friendly As soon as we stepped into the Glenroyal I knew it was the right hotel for us. Such a warm family friendly hotel that had everything we were looking for and more. I can not recommend this hotel enough. The wonderful staff members made our day possible and the entire weekend so special. The food is unreal especially the menu in Saints bistro. As my husband would say, they do a great pint of Guinness. We have just returned from our first year anniversary and what a way to spend it, again I can not thank all the staff enough for going above and beyond for us. A massive thank you from us both and we hope to see you all again in the near future. Exceedingly Excellent! The Glenroyal Hotel is very well located and very accessible, especially for wheelchair users. From our 1st visit to our leaving after the wedding, Claira and Colin looked after us and our 200+ guests extremely well. The service was above and beyond. As it was a very special day we wanted only the best, but got much more than we ever expected or hoped for. Claira, in particular was so professional and genuinely interested in all the details down to the last moment. Even though at times we changed plans Claira accommodated us and made us feel good about all the decisions we settled on. We had many special requests all of which were fulfilled. The food... oh the food... it was spectacular. From the eyes, to the nose to the taste - the food was of very high quality. They happily catered for coelics and diabetics. All guests were very taken aback at the speed of service, the high quality and presentation. The presentation of the civil ceremony room was exceptional along with the refreshments in the foyer. We were blown away at the presentation of the reception area from the lighting to the extra detailing and ambiance created by the hotel service team. The bedroom was amazing. The general cleanliness of the hotel was superior to that of other stays we have had in other hotels. We felt so welcome and cared for and as the wedding was one of the best all our guests admit they were at, we can only accredit this to the hard work and effort of the hotel staff. We will definitely highly recommend this hotel and it will be our first choice for all events in the future. 9
