2 SERVICES VIRTUAL SERVICES offers virtual services for early stage businesses, or those relocating to Exeter, with the ambition of expanding to take hot desk and office space. A virtual client can benefit from using the Innovation Centre address on marketing literature and utilise the Innovation Centre facilities when meeting with clients or suppliers. The Virtual Service includes; Permission to use the Innovation Centre address Forwarding of mail to an agreed UK address* An or 0845 telephone number Voice mail or call forwarding* Cost (excluding VAT) 50 pcm. Invoiced quarterly in advance CONFERENCE FACILITIES & MEETING ROOMS Virtual and physical client of the Innovation Centre can benefit from reduced room booking rates for the conference & boardroom facilities. This can be booked through our Events Co-ordinator, Liz Charlwood.
