2 About Us Leasing Programmes Limited lends money to businesses looking to acquire equipment. We offer leasing, hire purchase and loan facilities. We can also arrange factoring and invoice discounting. We are able to arrange finance for businesses looking to acquire vehicles and can source vehicles at fleet rates. The family run business was established in 1991 and has sales managers located throughout the UK, all of whom are able to offer expert advice on how to finance capital equipment. Est We work closely with equipment suppliers who look to offer financial solutions to customers wanting to buy equipment. For many customers we use our own book, being an independent lender in our own right. However, for more bespoke requirements we work with a number of lenders who are able to assist in providing the right package. Very Efficient! Complimenting your sales process: The ability to cost justify a new or used machine is the most critical step in the sales process. An early direct cash price can put off a potential customer before the sales process has even started. The ability to spread the cost of the new or used investment is critical. New machine at 35,000 + VAT Or New machine at 23 + VAT per day The ability to offer a low initial payment together with a cost justification on how your machine will improve the customers business will help to close more sales. Simplifying the sales process: When was the last time you saw a motor trader that did not offer finance to their customers? The same people who buy cars also buy machines and equipment! Are you relying on the customer to sort their own finance out? Why make it difficult for them? Through using Leasing Programmes you are able to offer your customer competitive finance rates at quotation stage. Our package helps to remove the price objection and makes the purchase more affordable to the customer. You wouldn't pay a new member of staff 5 years salary up front on their first day? Why treat the new purchase differently?

4 Types of finance we offer: Hire Purchase The borrower agrees to pay a deposit together with the VAT on the purchase price along with a set number of payments for a fixed period. VAT is not added to the repayments. At the end of the term the borrower pays an agreed fee to buy title. Finance Lease The lessee agrees to hire the equipment for a period of time, at the end of the term the lessee is given the option to continue leasing, upgrade or return the equipment. VAT is added to each rental. Commercial Loan In certain circumstances it is appropriate to finance the purchase of software using a commercial loan. The lender advances a sum of money to the borrower and the borrower chooses how to spend it. At the end of the repayment period the borrower will have discharged their debt assuming that they have made all payments on time. Operating Lease The lessee agrees to hire the equipment for a minimum period and at the end of the agreed term has the option to continue renting the equipment until it is no longer of use. VAT is added to each rental. The equipment is never owned by the customer. 5 Want to include a Lease/ Hire Purchase figure with your quotation? We work on a rate per 1000 per month: Limited Companies/ Partnership/ Sole trader (Hire Purchase or Lease) Example: ABC Limited wants 15,000 + VAT of equipment After we confirm the credit for the company is acceptable, we would calculate the rate and monthly repayment. Examples: 3 Years: (Per thousand) 5 Years: 23.00(Per thousand) To calculate: x 15 = VAT followed by 35 monthly payments of VAT x 15 = VAT followed by 59 monthly payments of Public Sector: Schools/ Housing Association/ Local Authority (Operating Lease only!) Operating lease is slightly different: The rate per 1000 is fixed at over a 3 year period. The funder is taking a residual risk within the equipment and the customer will never own the asset, the asset can be returned a the end of the lease, or a new lease can be raised. To proceed Limited Companies/ Partnership/ Sole trader (Hire Purchase or Lease) We would need a full specification of the equipment from supplier We would then speak to the customer: Depending on the credit risk of the customer we may ask the customer directly for any of the following: Full financial statements Management information Bank statements Personal information Once all is in order we will send the documents to the customer. In 99% of cases we will speak to the customer directly! Public Sector: Schools/ Housing Association/ Local Authority (Operating Lease only!) Invoice from supplier Contact details for the relevant authority We then send documents directly to the customer

6 How we work: 1. Arrange a meeting with you to gain an understanding of the equipment or machines you provide. 2. Provide you with access to our bespoke online calculator; We provide you with the login details and password to access your calculator. From here you can use this on mobile phones and desktop computers, even offline. This gives you the flexibility to provide a quotation to customer whilst they are with you. The calculator is easy to use and provides you with the monthly or quarterly repayment amount. The calculator is bespoke for you, your equipment and customer type and average value of each purchase. 3. We can provide you with an initial credit search of your potential customer, detailing any issues that may prevent finance or might affect the rate available to the customer, from this we can also provide you with a more detailed quotation. 4. When successful, we arrange invoicing and documentation to be sent and signed, by the customer and processed by either Leasing Programmes or another lender. Some of our existing suppliers:
