2 THE VENUE Sahara Stadium Kingsmead offers the perfect venues to impress your clients, staff, partners, associates, friends and anyone else you might have in mind. Whether you want to blow away your customers with a new product launch, spoil your employees to make them feel important and valued, or just throw a party for friends and family, Sahara Stadium Kingsmead is the venue! Sahara Stadium Kingsmead has a number of great venues on offer, ranging from small to large, and everything in between. These boast a variety of spectacular views, from the cityscape to a world-class pitch. Regardless of the event you wish to host whether it s a large cocktail party, small banqueting feast, a unique display or birthday celebration Sahara Stadium Kingsmead has the ideal setting. For weddings, banquets and staff functions the Krish Mackerdhuj Presidential Suite and Kings Club is recommended. Banquet tables (10 seater) with chairs are provided. For seminars and conferences, the media centre, annex and executive boardroom are the chosen venues. Tressle tables and chairs are provided as well as a screen, data projector and flip chart (with pens). Safe and secure parking within the stadium is available

3 KRISH MACKERDHUJ PRESIDENTIAL SUITE Dine in the Presidential Suite with a panaronic view of our world class stadium. Situated on the 3rd floor of the North Stand, this room is suitable for parties, weddings, staff functions, conferences and seminars. Secure parking is available for guests. It offers seating for 60 to 300 people, depending on style of set up. 4 KINGS CLUB The Kings Club is situated on the 2nd floor in the South Stand, offering a full view of the field. It offers seating for 80 to 300 people and is ideal as a wedding venue, functions and/or conference facility. 7 EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM The Executive Boardroom is situated on the 2nd floor in the North Stand. It offers seating for 20 people and is ideal for seminars and/or conferences. The boardroom is situated behind the pitch and offers a majestic view of the stadium.
