3 Things are changing down at The Den If you ve never experienced matchday hospitality here at Millwall I believe you will be pleasantly surprised. When I first came to the club I was made very welcome. I met some real characters whose enthusiasm and warmth impressed me and my family. They will welcome you too. If you ve already experienced a matchday here I think you ll see some big changes. The staff are as welcoming as ever but the experience is growing and getting better. 4 EXECUTIVE MEMBERS ENJOY MATCHDAY AT ITS BEST In the heart of the Barry Kitchener stand is the Executive Lounge, the exclusive venue for a pre-match drink or meal. As a Silver Executive member you receive a matchday programme and official teamsheet and half-time refreshments. You watch the game from prime seating in the Executive area, directly behind the Directors Box on the half-way line. Kitchener s Restaurant is available for a pre-match meal and can be booked on a match-by-match basis. 6 A PRIVATE BOX FOR THE MATCH OR THE SEASON We have 32 hospitality boxes situated in the Dockers Stand which offer fantastic panoramic views of the game from your private balcony. Each box includes Sky TV, matchday programmes, dedicated waiting service and refreshments served at half-time. Pre-match food and drink can be ordered at an additional cost. Each box will be visited by our on site bookmakers, executive raffle ticket sellers and club shop concierge service. Hospitality boxes are available on a match or seasonal basis. 8 VIP MATCHDAY EXPERIENCE Our VIP matchday package is the way to watch the game in comfort and style. Whether you are entertaining friends or bringing clients to a match, the VIP experience guarantees a great day out. The day begins with a drinks reception followed on Saturdays with a behindthe-scenes tour of the stadium. After a three-course meal you make your way to the comfortable Executive seats near the halfway line. Refreshments are served at half-time and full time. After the game guests have the opportunity to vote for the Man of the Match and watch the presentations. 10 SPECIAL DAYS FOR JUNIOR FANS Leading the Millwall team onto the pitch at The Den is every junior supporter s dream. This fantastic opportunity makes a unique gift for a member of your family, whether to celebrate a birthday or to mark another special occasion. The mascot joins in the pre-match warm-up and leads the team onto the pitch before kick-off to be photographed with the team captains and match officials. The mascot will meet all the players in the dressing room and have time to collect some cherished autographs. This special day includes three matchday programmes with a personal acknowledgement and photograph. As well as a signed Millwall football, the mascot is announced over the PA system and on the scoreboard. The mascot s party receive two adult and one junior ticket with additional tickets available. A pitchside treat for a little lion Whatever the reason for a special treat, the pitchside experience is a sure winner. A photo opportunity with a player, matchday programme and PA dedication, a signed Millwall football and one adult and one junior ticket add up to a fantastic start to the game. 11 How about a junior birthday box? A newly designed Junior Birthday hospitality box is now available. This is a great way to celebrate a special day and situated next door to the non-playing squad box, there is a chance to capture photographs and autographs. With its own X-box, personalised team line-up wall and two great benefits packages there s no better way for kids to enjoy the build up to the game. Boxes are for eight children with two adults. Package One includes a signed card and gift for the birthday boy or girl. The room will be decorated with balloons and Zampa will visit to say hello. A kids meal and squash will be available for all children in the party. You will be greeted over the PA and your picture will be included in the matchday programme. 17 Chairman s Room An ideal room for your boardroom style meetings for up to 12 guests or as a private dining area. Recently renovated and situated close to the main lounges, it is perfect as a breakout room and includes a plasma TV, Wi-Fi access and private bar facilities. The Boardroom Recently renovated, this room is perfect for casual meetings or smaller private functions, with its own private bar facility, Wi-Fi and TV. It also features the club trophy cabinet. Hospitality Boxes We have 32 Hospitality Boxes with views across the stadium. All have patio doors leading out onto a seated balcony. These rooms are on the opposite side of the stadium and are ideal for small meetings or interviews. This facility boasts its own reception area so you will not be disturbed by other conferences. Arry s Bar An ideal room for private functions and parties with its own private entrance, toilet and bar facilities, making it one of our most popular venue rooms. Premier Suite The Premier Suite is ideal for smaller meetings or as a breakout room from the main lounges. It has its own private bar facility with views over the pitch.
