2 SANKÁKU FRIENDS CLUB A new event: dates to remember engagements to keep, but especially once again together I N V I T A T I O Santo Pesenti Dear President, Dear Trainer It was 26 years ago when with the enthusiasm of the new organizational experience, i tried to organize a tournament not restricted at my town or at my state but a real international tournament Sankàku. The years go passing by but the enthusiasm is the same and the tournament it s going to grow up year by year for value, consideration, athletes and nations presents here. There was here many big judoka that starting from tournament Sankaku, goes to won famous international competitions as world or european championship. Every kind of athletes was here in Sankàku tournament and everyone worked hard in the training and everyone was an amateurs that spend many swet repeating all the movements. We organized the tournament in Bergamo in big troubles a lot of time, but we have to thanks all the people who help us when the international relations with clubs and embasys growed up too much and we had many logistic problem, and they help us to resolve it, all for free. This year we want offer to you the usual tournament, a big judoka assembly from many countries, with a brother ship and friend ship message. 5 RULES THE SANKÁKU TOURNAMENT DATES: Saturday 31 OCTOBER 2015 (morning, afternoon and evening) Sunday 1 NOVEMBER 2015 (morning and afternoon ) PLACE: Bergamo/ Italy, Palanorda Palazzetto dello Sport Via C. Battisti Tel / Info organizers Tel DIVISIONS: Men : Novice/ Cadets/ Junior/ Seniors EJU (age 13 / 35) Women: Novice/ cadets/ Junior/ Seniors EJU (age 13 / 35) ***The divisions and the weight categories will band in groups indiscriminately from the belt. PARTECIPATION AT THE TOURNAMENT: It is free for all Athletes, men and women, belonging to division written above, graduated till at least 2 nd Kyù (blue belt), in order with the en rules in the F.I.J.L.K.A.M. for the current year, and in the National Federation, Recognized Authorities of Sports Promotion. Foreign competitors must show the Identify Card of the National Federation recognized by the U.E.J. in the country of provenance. Competition is individual, so we offer a maximun number of 15 people for team or selection of interclub to help to motivate more Judo Club to participate. COMPETTION SYSTEM: Direct elimination with DOUBLE RESCUE for 4 finalist of each weight. In the categories with less than four competitors there is the division in the Italian way. We advise you to enrol no more than 2 athletes in the same weight category. UMPIRING: The matches will be overlooked by federal umpires, appointed by F.I.J.L.K.A.M., by the Regional Judo Committee of Lombardia and by the foreigners. COMPETITION AREA: Four competition tatami will be prepared (as we did in the past sport meetings): nr. 4 tatami mt. 7 X 7. AWARDS: For the competitors: individual medals for the fist four classified people in each weight category. For the Club: Cup and recognitions up to the 3 rd classified in the Great Special Team Award, cups and recognitions up to the 10 th classified in the Great Absolute Award. Prize Pool up to a value of uro (three thousand) in "Gift Certificates" for Sports and treatment at the Jute Sport Milan as follows: a) Grand Prix Final ABSOLUTE (All Groups): 250. For the first 3 classified Club; b) Cadet Class MALE (Group 1): 125. the first 3 classified Club c) Class Cadets FEMALE (Group 2): 125. the first 3 classified Club d) Class JUNIOR/SENIORES FEMALE (Group 3): 125. the first 3 classified Club e) Class JUNIOR/SENIORES MEN (Group 4): 125. the first 3 classified Club f) Class UNDER 15 MALE (Group 5): 125. the first 3 classified Club g) Class UNDER 15 FEMALE (Group 6): 125. the first 3 classified Club SCORES FOR THE CLASSIFICATION: In order to make the classification of the Great Special Team Award and the final classification of the Great Absolute Award the score are: 10 points for the first classified; 8 points to the second classified; 5 points for the third two third, 3 points for the fifth classified ex-equo of each weight category. The score is halved, if in weight category there are less than four competitors. ENTRY FEES: For athletes belonging to the Groups: I - II - III - IV V VI SANKAKU FRIENDS club uro 10,00 (ten) for each partecipant.

6 TERMS AND WAY ENTRY: The entries of the competitors and their names must be sent back to the secretariat of the Tournament within and not later than Sunday 18 october After this date, if the entry is accepted, the entry-fee will be raised of 50%. The athletes names can be changed in the Tournament venue. Indipendenty from the dates written above, we inform you that, because of organisational reasons, the entries could be stopped before time if the maximum competitors number is reached. ORGANISATION INSTRUCTIONS: The present rules could be subdued to variations because of organisational needs. The rules of the F.I.J.L.K.A.M. U.E.J. and the disposition that will be communicated in the Tournament Venue or with letters to the Clubs are in force. Individual prizes for athletes and societies will be given personally to the interested parties and no deputy will be accepted. Participants and representatives of the societies who will be not present at the awarding of prizes, will be considered flatly and peremptorily deserts of the won prizes. FINAL ISTRUCTIONS: 1) The athletes must have two belts competition. 2) The coaches can stop in the reserved parterre only if they wear shoes with a rubber sole. 3) Every day only on Team-manager every five athletes has admittance in the parterre. 4) Everybody must have a Pass on and show it while getting in and out from the Tournament Venue. 5) In case of loss or deterioration the athlete or the Team Staff must buy another PASS (entrance fee). 6) Each competitor accepts personal responsibility for his actions, therefore any type pf personal and sports insurance is totally on charge of the clubs of origin. 7) The JUDO SANKÁKU BERGAMO, the Committee of Lombardia, the F.I.J.L.K.A.M., the Sports Centre Palanorda, disdain all responsibility regarding damages, injuries, accidents to people present in the Tournament Venue, be they caused because of the Tournament or the organisation, before, during or after this sports meeting. DISPOSALS FOR ATHLETHES COACHES MANAGER 1) When you arrive at the sports centre, ritire the form for the individual entry-free at the Tournament. Write in block capitals and clearly your particulars and judo grade. We warm you that the weight category written in the form can be modified in the weight room after the check of the right weight of the athlete. IMPORTANT!!! 1) Athletes assigned to groups, selections and/or representatives (over 15 athletes allowed) must use the proper form of different colour, regarding team B-C and so on. 2) en the entry fee is accurately filled you must ask the secretary of the Tournament for the attestation of it, the payment of the entry fee and the taking of the Pass you need for matches. Societies should arrive with the forms of all athletes filled (so we avoid wasting of time). 3) Coaches and managers will get n. 1 Pass for every 5 athletes joined effectively the matches of that day. Entry-form and pass are given to managers, escortes, coaches, athletes and they let you enter the main competition rooms, weightroom, competition tatami, stands for athletes. ATTENTION!!! Pass is an official identification paper for Security during the Tournament. Then athletes, managers, coaches, escortes must show it whenever they enter, go out or reach competition tatami. 4) Athletes must show the following documents during the official weigh-in: 4.a) Entry form accurately filled with sports and registry particulars and signed by the secretary of the tournament; 4.b) Valid Identity card (Identity card or passport) that must correspond to datas written in the entry- form; 4.c) Sports card of the National Federation and/or of the sports Promotion society of their own country of provenance recognized by International sports association. Athletes, coaches and social escortes, after checking which tatami has been chosen must keep themselves ready in the spaces for muscular warning, or in the stands reserved to athletes and careful when they are called. it thanks you for the share Santo Pesenti
