Ø Summer practices from 3 to 6 months Ø Shifts of h week Ø 1 free day a week, at least Ø Free accommodation Ø Meals Maintenance: 3 a day Ø Monthly payment (320 )* Ø Transfers from and to the airport (*) Ø Permanent follow up / coaching Ø 24h a day availability for emergencies Ø Specific manuals for every department Ø Free Spanish online course. Ø Free Medical Service (*) Ø Special Discounts ViP S Ø Bicycles for transportation Ø Diploma s and Certificates Ø Private Party with all the team.

11 Levels of internships -II FRONT OFFICE ü Assistant Reception First level ü Independent Receptionist Second level (necessary basic Spanish) ü Assistant Front Office Management Third level (good Spanish)

12 Duties at the Reception Department ü Deal directly with customers ü Check in /out processes ü Improving of Spanish language ü Learn new computer systems ü Sell of products and excursions ü Telephone assistance. ü Process of documents and administration. ü Provide information ü Good knowledge of all the touristic possibilities in the area

14 1-Bar department DUTIES: ü Deal directly with customers. ü Prepare cocktails and snacks. ü Learn a lot about Mediterranean products ü Control of stocks and orders ü Possible work close to swimmingpool s ü Different payment systems

15 2-Restaurant department DUTIES: ü Directly contact with guests ü Organisation of mice and place ü Control of stock ü Prepare orders. ü Learning about buffet organisation ü Possibility to work in banquets/caterings ü Possibility to work in show-cooking

16 3-Kitchen department DUTIES: ü Daily preparation of buffets. ü Learn mediterranean products / gastronomic. Receipts. ü Show cooking duties. ü Possibility to work with great chefs. ü Possibility to prepare big caterings for events ü Learn about kitchen organisation/budgets. ü Learn specific Spanish for this department (names of products, verbs in relation with kitchen, etc..)
