2 Appearances The Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders consist of 35 of the most beautiful and talented women in the Upper Midwest and the NFL. In addition to performing on game-day, the MVC average over 300 appearances throughout the year at corporate, community and charity events. If you are looking to add excitement to your next event, the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders can help promote your business and brand. As ambassadors of the Minnesota Vikings, they are sure to add NFL excitement and energy!

3 Show Tours The Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders tour Internationally and Nationally for major sporting events and military tours. This elite group has traveled to; Iraq, Africa Kuwait, Afghanistan, Guam, Japan, Mexico, Germany, Australia, Hawaii, Alaska, London, Canada, Kosovo just to name a few. The 30 or 60 minute show features game-day routines, various costume changes and audience interaction experiences. This show can be customized to suit your event.

7 Booking Guidelines APPEARANCE RATE $500 per hour for 2 cheerleaders Appearance may consist of but not limited to performing, meeting/greeting guests, signing autographs, taking photographs, selling calendars. CHARITY/NON-PROFIT APPEARANCE RATE (must present proof of 501c3 status with payment) $200 per hour for 2 cheerleaders Appearance will consist of meeting/greeting guests, signing autographs, taking photographs, selling calendars. CHEERLEADER/VIKTOR MASCOT PACKAGE RATE $800 per hour for 2 cheerleaders and Viktor the Viking For appearances requiring travel outside of a 50-mile radius of Winter Park, Eden Prairie MN, you must provide mileage reimbursement of $0.575/mile. For appearances requiring travel outside of a 120-mile radius of Winter Park, Eden Prairie MN, you must provide lodging, meals and mileage reimbursement of $0.575/mile. If travel is over a 120-mile radius of Winter Park, Eden Prairie MN, flight, bus or car service must be provided and approved in addition to any necessary lodging and meals.

8 MVC Birthday Party Package $500 per hour for 2 cheerleaders meet/greet guests sign autographs take photos teach 2-3 cheers and one mini dance pom poms for the kids up to 10 kids, ages: 3-14 gift for the birthday child able to customize your event...just ask! Please note: 2 chaperones/parents must be in attendance signed waiver needed by parent of birthday child

9 Booking - Additional Info TEAM PHOTO CARDS AND SWIMSUIT CALENDARS Pre-order for your event! Cards: 100 minimum for $100 Calendars: fully autographed calendars $25 each ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Due to the high volume of requests, please submit request 30 days prior to your event. Each request will be considered and will be confirmed based on availability of cheerleaders and team policies. In order to be considered a charity appearance, all of the proceeds must go towards a specified charity and a copy of the registered 501c3 must accompany your request. The Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders will attend appearances held in public places only. The logo and team name, Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders and Minnesota Vikings, cannot be used to promote any organization or event without the consent of Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC in writing and in advance. Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders have the right to refuse any appearance request. Payment must be received 48 hours before the event to consider the event confirmed. Each event must have someone serving as the point of contact at the event. If deemed necessary, security will need to be provided or hired.
