Luvabulls perform at all Bulls home games Perform for national television audiences Lend time and talent at community and charity events Perform internationally in such places as Holland, England, France, and Cyprus Represent the Chicago Bulls at a number of special events, private and corporate parties, award banquets, charity events and promotional engagements

3 AUDITIONS AUDITION REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of auditions Must be a high school graduate or have a GED Must be employed full time or be a student with part time employment Must reside in the Chicagoland area and have a reliable means of transportation All rehearsals are mandatory There are no minimum or maximum height or weight requirements If interested, complete the enclosed application and return it with a self-addressed stamped legal-size envelope and a non-returnable photo of yourself. Are there any height and weight requirements? We only require that height and weight are proportioned. Are there any age requirements? You must be 21 years of age by August 12, What should I wear to the auditions? Please make sure that we have your most current address and a phone number. What do I need to bring to the auditions? Drivers license for identification Lunch/Snacks..plan to be there all day What is the audition process? Auditions: Saturday, August 12, 2006 at the United Center, 1901 West Madison Street, Chicago. Doors open at 8:00 am; registration must be completed by 8:45 am Candidates will free-style dance to music that we will provide. Judges will interview candidates in groups of 12. Judges will make cuts after each group. Break for lunch..30 minutes (bring lunch/snacks/drinks) Round 2 will begin after lunch you will be taught a routine and will perform Judges will make the final selection of dancers who will move forward to Training Camp Training Camp: MANDATORY Training Camp will be held August from 7:00 10:00 pm If I am not selected as a training camp candidate, may I call the Bulls or C.C. Company office to receive my judges comments? No. The judges sheets are not kept on file and comments about your audition are not available. Can my family watch auditions? No. Auditions are closed to the public.

Madison Street, Chicago, Illinois (312) The United Center is located one mile west of Chicago's Loop and I-90/94 Kennedy Expressway, and four blocks North of I-290 Eisenhower Expressway at Damen Ave. (Exit 28A). DIRECTIONS From the North: Take I-90 East to the Madison St. exit and make a right onto Madison St. The building will then be on your left. From the South: Take I-55 North to the Damen/Ashland exit and make a left, going northbound for approximately 7 minutes. The building will then be on your right. From the East: Take Madison St. West from the Loop. From the West: Take I-290 East to the Damen exit. Take Damen Ave. northbound to Madison St. Make a right onto Madison and the building will be on your right. Public Transportation Take the Orange, Green, Purple, or Brown lines to Madison. Take Bus 20 west. For Bulls and Blackhawks games only, Bus 19 takes you there as well.

You will not have to perform your own routine at any time. TRAINING CAMP: A group of dancers will be selected to move forward to Training Camp, which will be held Monday, August 14 through Wednesday August 16, from 7:00 to 10:00 pm each evening. Attendance at Training camp is MANDATORY. 8 Chicago Luvabulls Dance Team Application The Chicago Bulls Professional Basketball Team and C.C. Company of Illinois, Inc. are now accepting applications for the new Chicago Luvabulls Dance Team. This 25 woman dance troupe will be on hand for all Chicago Bulls home games. We are looking for articulate, attractive, multi-talented women. Applicants must be 21 years or older as of August 12, 2006, high school graduates and have full time jobs (or be a student with a part time job). Attendance at all practices and assigned appearances is mandatory. Dance ability will be considered. Also be prepared to audition special talents (i.e., singing, etc.) at tryouts.
