Long, light spring and summer evenings, diversity of produce and manufacturing methods, unique nature and good chefs - that is why Sweden will become the new culinary nation in Europe.

19 The Government's vision of Sweden - the new culinary nation, which is an initiative to create more jobs, above all through food production in combination with tourism.
