This gives us also opportunity to write down all outgoing IFYE-s. We had in the past too many different coordinators, so there are no papers left.

Did your national IFYE association have any activities like AGM, BBQ 2 national meetings over a weekend; in spring we met in the northwest part of Germany (very close to the Netherlands border); in fall we gathered in the eastern part of Germany (the report is in the newsletter February 2011). The last weekend in February we had a meeting with the IFYE s from the last 10 years. It was an anniversary meeting for 10 years of organizing the German IFYE Exchange through our IFYE alumni. To the European IFYE conference we have been with 12 persons. Any special National projects going on Nothing special

9 Country report 2011 (Country) Scotland 13 exchanges and 5 to European Rally 2 x Wales, 1 x Canada, 1 x Australia, 1 x Switzerland, 2 x USA (Colorado) 1 x USA (Montana), 2 x Ulster, 2 x Eire, 1 x England 11 incoming exchangees 1 x Ulster, 1 x USA (Montana), 1 x Tasmania, 2 X Wales, 2 x England, 2 x Finland, 1 x Switzerland, 1 x Sweden 136 The 'Gathering of the Clans' UK YFA reunion was hosted by Scotland from 29th 31 st October at Aviemore. A fund raising ceilidh, supported by over 200 people, was held at Linlithgow in February. In March the Scottish Young Farmers Ambassadors AGM was held. Members who had participated in the exchange programme the previous year were invited to give a presentation of their trip. In June YFA Scotland hosted the incoming exchangees on a day out to local attractions, during their first week in Scotland. Also in June the new incoming IFYE s are hosted at a drinks reception during the Royal Highland Agricultural Show. No
