To be able to use it, you have to register first at website and pay 10 PLN. There you can also find a map of all 197 Veturilo stations, fares (rent for up to 20 minutes is free of charge) and additional information. The website is in Polish, English, German and Russian. There is one Veturilo station next to Warsaw University Library and conference venue.

4 FOR PARTICIPANTS STAYING AT IBIS STARE MIASTO HOTEL You can take a walk (ca. 30 minutes) Public transport: you can take a bus no. 178 from the Muranowska 05 stop (direction: PKP Ursus) and get off at Uniwersytet 01 stop (5th stop) and then take a bus no. 105 and get off at Biblioteka Uniwersytecka (University of Warsaw Library) 02 stop (4th stop). You can also walk down the escarpment around 7 minutes from the Uniwersytet bus stop to the University of Warsaw Library. The conference venue is ca 5 minutes walking distance from the Library.
