Japanese Main Dishes Highlights Tastes of Art Western cuisines focus on nutrition while Chinese focuses on taste and Japanese focuses on appearance. Japanese cuisine has high standard on the freshness, appearance, naturalness of the ingredients. The dishes may taste light but the original tastes must be maintained.
