Payments must be made in advance of any services received. A three month advance payment is required to enable the application to be completed and will then transfer to the Direct Debit payment scheme. The user must present two forms of identification upon application. One must be in photographic form (e.g. passport or driving licence) and one must have the user s home address (either a bank statement or utility bill within the last three months). For more info
