5 Art Known for placing its art and antiques tastefully throughout the Hotel, the Rome Cavalieri has integrated its tapestries and paintings into the Salone dei Cavalieri, allowing each piece of art to act as showpieces for gala cocktail receptions that can easily be covered to become projection backgrounds for presentations. The walls of the ballroom are adorned with tapestries dating back to the 17th Century. The intricate Leyniers tapestries - one of the most famous and admired Belgian weavers of all time - create a feeling of style, warmth and sumptuousness rarely found in conference facilities.

6 Technology 89 aerial hanging points, each one holding up to 550 pounds allowing for flexible use of space enhanced audio and differentiated projector points, which includes one softedge projector covering the perimeter of the ballroom new RGB LEDs that allow for light, shadows and colored lighting to transform the space according to the client s preference. The LEDs are placed all over the ballroom, allowing for different colored atmospheres, independent from one section to another most of the materials used for decorative panels and doors reflect and absorb light and colors acoustic roof and wall damping tiles have been installed for noise absorption and reduction up to 52 decibels hidden electric cables and wires, with only six mm of visible wire line lighter, movable panels that can easily be moved by one person each electric socket allows up to 150 KW audio/video control points are accessible anywhere in the ballroom

7 Theater Style The 16,580 sq. ft. (1,600 sq. m.) Salone dei Cavalieri can host an impressive 2,100 delegates theater style. We pride ourselves on being able to fulfill any brief, whatever the size or nature of the business gathering, be it a meeting, exhibition, conference or product launch. The spacious column-free Salone has the added advantage of its own independent entrance via service road where vehicles easily load-unload.

8 Banquet Style 1,350 guests can be accommodated in banquet style. A professional and experienced team is able to meet all your expectations and to work closely with you in planning and servicing every detail of your event. The Rome Cavalieri is also famous for its themed parties and dinners, which bring a sense of fun to any occasion. All are conceived on a theatrical scale with sets, costumes, decorated backdrops and performers combining to transport the guests to another Rome where fantasy and make-believe inspire evenings of entertainment and hilarity.

9 Sections of the Salone The Salone dei Cavalieri is divisible into 4 fully soundproofed sections through easy to move partitions. With a plethora of major conference and meeting rooms, and numerous smaller meeting and office suites, the Rome Cavalieri is able to offer a wide variety of options, all benefiting from the ambience and the services of a prestigious Hotel.

10 Sala Michelangelo In addition to the recently renovated Salone dei Cavalieri ballroom, the Rome Cavalieri offers a variety of function rooms, such as the Sala Michelangelo, Belle Arti and Terrazza degli Aranci. Close to the main lobby, the Sala Michelangelo is the perfect setting for cocktail parties or buffet meals. With glass walls and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Hotel park, it is full of natural light reflecting across white marble floors. High ceilings and wide views to the outside enhance the wonderful sense of space here.

11 Belle Arti One of the most stylish rooms in our Hotel, the Belle Arti is an ideal setting for a gala dinner or a wedding banquet people can dine at ease here. With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Hotel park and our beautiful outdoor pool, the room leads out into a glass conservatory and beyond to a patio of olive trees. The views are ravishing and the decorations sumptuous, the latter of course tailored to your personal tastes.

12 Terrazza degli Aranci One of our most popular rooms for receptions, cocktail parties and banquets, the Terrazza degli Aranci enjoys a stunning panorama of Rome with the dome of St. Peter s prominent among the roofscapes. Glamorous, atmospheric and stylish, the Terrazza degli Aranci holds 300 people at a reception and 250 for a seated banquet. Beyond the sliding glass windows is a further treat, an outdoor terrace overlooking the Hotel park and Rome.
