3 The Larson Room is conveniently located in the same hallway with the Seibert Room making it an ideal setting for a smaller meeting or break-out from a general session meeting. The Chart Room is one of our most versatile rooms. This room offers an intimate executive board room setting for up to 14 people, in addition to providing the perfect atmosphere for a welcome cocktail reception or hospitality suite. When opened to adjoin the Seibert Room, this is a convenient location for breakfast, coffee breaks, or a break-out session. The Terrace Restaurant & Patio is a unique dining experience that offers something for everyone. Enjoy a full breakfast each morning while gazing out at the spectacular views of Beaver Creek Mountain. This flexible space is available for private lunch and dinner functions. In addition, the Terrace Patio offers a memorable outdoor setting for luncheons and cocktail receptions. Larson Room The Seibert Room is our largest meeting room and offers the flexibility of using one large room or two separate meeting areas to Skiway & Game Room utilizing our curtain divider. Larger banquets and general session meetings are a perfect fit as the fluorescent, canned, and wall sconce lighting options are easily adaptable to suit any occasion.
