9 The second module: Business Models The business model is the core of the company: You will gain a thorough knowledge of tools that will change the way you and your business think. An example is the Business Model Generation, developed by Alexander Osterwalder. The model consists of nine blocks, showing the logic of how a company can develop and implement new business models. 11 Third Module: Strategy and Management Facilitation and implementation are paramount. The strongest business model will not come to fruition without efficient and effective implementation. In this module, you will be introduced to tools that ensure a thorough and proper execution of your strategy. The third module takes place at the Innovation Factory at IBC in Kolding. IBC collaborates with leading professors from IE Business School in Madrid and IDEO in California.
