6 Programme modules 1 st module 4 days in Kolding, Denmark 2 nd module 4 days at INSEAD, France The first module will provide a common platform for strategy, innovation and leadership. You and your co-participants will be able to build upon this during the remainder of the course. The module features business experts and professors, who will cover relevant topics, tools and models that you will use as a basis for the next modules. You will be challenged with relevant Nordic cases, and will master hands-on tools for immediate application when you return to your organization. In this module, professors from INSEAD will provide methods and techniques to analyze and understand your company s business environment. Specifically, you will work in-depth with the highly effective and innovative Blue Ocean Strategy approach, which was developed by two INSEAD professors. Moreover, you learn how to deploy innovation techniques in your organization more effectively. Between Module 2 and 3, there is a group assignment, based on the knowledge gained from the first modules.

The professors from INSEAD focus on some of the most important leadership issues in today s business environment, such as leading organizational change and how to develop awareness and foster skills that create an optimal working environment. The group assignments will be presented and feedback given by the INSEAD staff. Each module has two evenings for networking with socialising and dinner. After you have completed the Executive Management Programme there is a graduation at INSEAD, where you will receive an INSEAD certificate.
