Our nitrogen gas springs, which comply with all major industry standards are designed to reduce risk o tool damage and injuries due to parts separating under high pressure and include at least one vital saety eatures: Overstroke : In the event o an overstroke, the Hyson cylinder is designed to ail-sae and release pressure in a pre-deined manner with deormation or knockout plug. Overpressure : Designed to vent excessive gas in the event that the spring becomes overpressured with drawing luid, deormation o the saety lip guide or separation o disc will occur. Overload : Reduce injuries and press damage with Overload - In case o jammed tool, part or rod side-load, the piston rod is designed or controlled gas venting between the seal and piston rod with a specially designed guide and undamental saety stop. Additionally, the majority o Hyson springs are PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) approved to withstand a minimum o 2 million ull cycles according to PED 97/23/EC. Many o our competitors are in compliance o PED, but compliance is unequal to the 2 million cycle test and approval that HYON gas springs have undergone. The design, manuacture and testing o Hyson gas springs has been approved according to the European Pressure Equipment Directive (97/23/EC). The Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) replaces all previous European legislation governing the design, manuacture and testing o pressure vessels. APPROVED 97/23/EC Product Value Deeper threads provide more secure mounting arger port provides higher nitrogen low or quicker charge and discharge T3T models oer the most versatility with dual M6/G 1/8 port. This enables springs to be connected with Dualeal 24 or Micro24 hose systems. T3T eries Features Nine models with contact orces rom 810 to 21,360 lb Extended stroke lengths to 125 mm/4.92 in Variety o mounting options available M6 port standard or 350, 500 and 750 models.
