1 2016 FLAG RAISING CEREMONY & RENDEZVOUS June 17 th 19th at TOLCHESTER MARINA Tolchester Beach Road Chestertown, Maryland Please join us for fun and friendship at our first Summer Rendezvous located on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay. Tolchester Marina is located on the site of the historic Tolchester Beach Resort where Baltimoreans travelled by steamboat in the late 19 th Century. Attractions include The Channel Restaurant, The Shanty Beach Bar, a private beach with views of the shipping channel, swimming pool and deck, plus full services. Help hoist the colors and kick off the 2016 Boating Season! Friday June 17th: 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm Fleet Arrival The Commodore requests all vessels dress ship while in port. 6:00 pm Join us at the Tolchester Pavilion on the hill, overlooking the Bay. Beer, wine, soda, hamburgers & hotdogs will be provided by The Classic Yacht Club of America. Please bring an Hors d oeuvre or a Side Dish to share with your fellow members. ---Live Entertainment by Daytripper at The Shanty Beach Bar. Come share an after dinner toast for a great 2016 CYCA Season! Saturday June 18th: 4:30 pm Flag Raising Ceremony at Tolchester Marina Mainmast. 5:30 pm Cocktail hour and Hors d oeuvres at the Tolchester Pavilion. Cash Bar. 6:30 pm An Old-Fashioned Barbecue Picnic will be provided by The Channel Restaurant. Cash Bar. ---Live Entertainment by Hung Jury at The Shanty Beach Bar. 2 Sunday June 19 th : 9:00 am Getaway Gathering at the Tolchester Pavilion. Fresh Fruit and pastries will be served. Please bring your choice of breakfast drink. Boats Departure 11 AM ---On Sunday, Tolchester Marina will feature The Eastport Oyster Boys at The Shanty Beach Bar, from 1-5 PM. A Corn Hole Tournament will begin at noon. For anyone who would like their weekend to last a bit longer, your slips will be available to reserve throughout the day or overnight. ***Please note: Slip reservations will be made directly, by CYCA members, with Tolchester Marina for the Flag Raising Rendezvous. Dockage is $2.50 per foot per night. Electric is $8.00/night for 1 x 30 amp/125v, $15.00/night for 2 x 30/1 x 50 amp/250v. Tolchester Marina monitors VHF 16.

3 Directions By Sea Tolchester Marina is located on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay, at Buoy 21, 20 miles north of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and 30 miles south of the C & D Canal. The GPS coordinates are LAT 39 degrees N, LON 76 degrees W Tolchester monitors VHF 16. By Land ---From the North: I-95 South to Exit 1A in Delaware (896 South). Continue to Route 301. Connect with Route 291 west to Chestertown. Turn right on Route 20 South (to Tolchester and Rock Hall). Travel 7 miles. Turn right onto Route 21. The Marina entrance is 3 miles on the left. ---From the South: From the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, take Route 50/301, bearing left onto Route 301 North. Take Exit Route 213 North. Continue through Chestertown. Turn left on Route 291 West. Continue West for one-half mile, then turn right onto Route 20 South (Tolchester and Rock Hall). Travel 7 miles. Turn right onto Route 21. The Marina entrance is 3 miles on the left. Places to stay in Rock Hall: -Osprey Point (7 miles away) -Inn at Haven Harbour
