Thse requirements might be different between the tw steps f the applicatin prcedure and are used in the prcess f prject selectin. Templates fr all natinal requirements frms can be dwnladed frm the natinal pages sectin f the prgramme s website. In step 1 and in step 2 f the prject applicatin the eligibility criteria fresee bligatry cntacts with the Alpine Space cntact pints (ACPs). Fr details please check the infrmatin prvided by the different cuntries and the factsheet Prject selectin: prcedure and criteria. As a general rule each prject applicant is advised t get in cntact with its ACP. Versin 03 as f

2 Austria First step: expressin f interest Each Austrian EI lead partner is bliged t cnsult the Austrian ACP within step 1 f the applicatin prcedure t ensure the submissin f a quality prject prpsal (at least ne written cntact befre prject submissin). It is an eligibility criterin, which means that its nn-fulfilment leads t the autmatic rejectin f the prject with n further assessment. N further natinal requirements are set fr the first step f the applicatin prcess; hwever Austrian EI lead partner and prject partners might be cntacted after submissin and might be asked t prvide shrt feedback n invlvement and legal status. Secnd step: applicatin frm Each Austrian lead partner is bliged t cnsult the Austrian ACP within step 2 f the applicatin prcedure. Fr all Austrian prject partners it is highly recmmended t cnsult the Austrian ACP within step 2 f the applicatin prcedure. The established cntact t the ACP is part f the natinal evaluatin and shall ensure the submissin f quality applicatin dcuments and if relevant t explain the PC recmmendatins frm step 1 in detail. As in step 1 the bligatry cntact f the LP is an eligibility criterin, which means that its nn-fulfilment leads t the autmatic rejectin f the prject with n further assessment. Additinally, all Austrian prject participants (partner and lead partner) must prvide the Austrian ACP via e- mail with the fllwing infrmatin within the secnd step. Deadlines will be cmmunicated fr each call in due time. Partnerfrmular: checklist fr further required infrmatin f each prject partner/lead partner t be submitted via tgether with all respective additinal dcuments as required by the Austrian ACP. Further infrmatin and explanatin will be included in a cver letter f the ACP. Mrever, all French prject participants (partner and lead partner) must prvide the French ACP with the fllwing infrmatin: a shrt summary f the prject. If applicable, please precise the lcal/reginal r natinal strategy(ies)/ public plicy(ies) the prject is cntributing t and whether the prject has gt in tuch with the relevant public institutin in this regard. a descriptin f their rganisatin fcusing n their cmpetence and experience in the thematic field f the prject and in Eurpean prject management, if relevant (name f the prgramme and rle f the structure in the prject: lead partner, partner, bserver, ther). the SIRET number f their structure (fr Lead partner nly). Please use the template available n the natinal page. This dcument has t be filled in French and sent, by , t the French ACP within the deadline fr submissin f the EI. 4 1) Dcuments related t the rganisatin: The SIRET number f the rganizatin; Cpy f the statute (r ther instruments f incrpratin) f the rganisatin mentining the nature (public r private) f the takings and the cmpsitin f the managerial bard; Cpy f the last annual activity reprt; Cpy f financial dcumentatin (fr private partners nly): bilans et annexes; cmptes de résultats sur tris ans. 2) Dcuments related t the prject: Descriptin f the prject, with a detailed explanatin f bjectives and results; Descriptin f the detailed activities t be carried ut by the French partner(s), as well as a descriptin f the freseen pilt sites; Descriptin f the freseen budget, detailed by budget lines and wrk packages; Please nte: the csts f the first level cntrl must be included by French partner under their budget line external expertise and services csts ; Detailed funding plan indicating the amunt f ERDF and f matching cntributin. Please precise the nature (public r private) and the rigin (name f the c-financing structure) f these funds and prvide, if applicable, a cnfirmatin f the cntributin (at least a letter f intentin). Please use the template available n the natinal page. Please nte: in case f a prject gathering several French partners, the dcument related t the prject has t be sent by ne partner nly n behalf f the whle French partnership (single versin including the infrmatin f each partner). All these dcuments (related t the rganisatin and related t the prject) have t be sent t the French ACP, by , within the deadline fr submissin f the applicatin frm. It is an eligibility criterin, which means that its nn-fulfilment leads t the autmatic rejectin f the prject with n further assessment. In additin a cntact f all German prject partners is highly appreciated. N further natinal requirements are set fr the first step f the applicatin prcess. Secnd step: applicatin frm Each German LP and each German PP is bliged t cntact the German ACP within step 2 f the applicatin prcedure. The established cntact t the ACP is part f the natinal verificatin and shall ensure the submissin f quality applicatin dcuments and if relevant t explain the PC recmmendatins frm step 1 in detail. As in step 1 the bligatry cntact f the LP is an eligibility criterin, which means that its nn-fulfilment leads t the autmatic rejectin f the prject with n further assessment. Additinally, the fllwing dcuments need t be submitted via pst mail t the German ACP with the secnd step by all German prject participants (lead partner and prject partners): 1) Partnerfrmular: Checklist fr further required infrmatin f each PP/LP t be submitted via pst mail tgether with all respective additinal dcuments as required t the German ACP. 2) Verpflichtungserklärung: Cnfirmatin f cntributin (cunterpart t ERDF c-financing) f each PP/LP t be submitted via pst mail t the German ACP. Further infrmatin and explanatin can be btained in the Infbrief ACP Germany available als at the natinal pages, Germany. Please nte that in this secnd step the natinal requirements are eligibility criteria, i.e. if nt fulfilled a prject partner will be excluded frm the prject partnership. 5

In additin a written cntact f all Italian prject partners is recmmended. Mrever, all Italian prject participants (partner and lead partner) must prvide the Italian ACP with natinal requirement dcuments. Please nte that in case the first step the natinal requirements fr Italy are nt fulfilled by a prject partner, this prject partner will nt be cnsidered in the Italian verificatin. Dcuments t be prvided: Dcument Autcertificazine frma giuridica (t be prvided by the EI LP, but nly if it is Italian) Dcument Autcertificazine del respnsabile legale (t be prvided by the EI LP, but nly if it is Italian) Dcument: Curriculum Vitae CV f all Italian prject participants (PP and LP, if relevant). Dcuments can be fund n the specific sectin dcuments f natinal pages Italy. All these dcuments shall be submitted t the Italian ACP by (spazi_alpin@regine.lmbardia.it) within the given deadline f a call as indicated in the respective terms f reference. The CV frm shall be filled in and signed by the legal respnsible. All declaratins, t be valid, must be accmpanied by a cpy f the identity dcument f the legal respnsible, signing the declaratin (in case the signing legal respnsible is the same in all declaratins, nly ne cpy f the identity dcument is needed). Secnd step: applicatin frm Each Italian lead partner is bliged t cnsult the Italian ACP within step 2 f the applicatin prcedure. Slvenia First step: expressin f interest Each Slvene lead partner is bliged t cnsult the Slvene ACP within step 1 f the applicatin prcedure t ensure the submissin f a quality prject prpsal (at least ne written cntact befre prject submissin). It is an eligibility criterin, which means that its nn-fulfilment leads t the autmatic rejectin f the prject with n further assessment. All Slvenian prject participants (PP and EI LP) must fill in and prvide the frm Nacinaln preverjanje 1. stpnja t the Slvenian ACP. The template f the frm tgether with detailed instructins will be published n the Slvenian natinal page sectin f the prgramme s website in due time. The dcument must be sent via t the Slvenian ACP within five wrkdays after the EI submissin deadline. Failure t respect the requirement can result in lwer scres achieved in the prcess f natinal evaluatin f the prject prpsal and prpsing partnership. 9 All Slvenian prject participants (PP and AF LP) must send t the natinal cntact pint dcumentatin necessary fr financial capacity check: slvency reprt r S.BON-1 frm r es.bon frm r BON-1/Z and BON-2 frms. Slvency reprt is available at the bank, where prject partner has pened a current accunt. Slvency reprt must cntain infrmatin n duratin f accunt blckade in the six mnths perid prir t preparatin f the reprt. BON frms are available at the Agency f the Republic f Slvenia fr Public Legal Recrds and Related Services. The dcuments shuld be sent via t the Slvenian ACP within five wrkdays after the AF submissin deadline. Dcuments shuld nt be lder than tw mnths in time f the applicatin fr submissin deadline. Please nte that in this secnd step the natinal requirements are eligibility criteria, i.e. if nt fulfilled a prject partner will be excluded frm the prject partnership. 10 Additinally, Swiss partners wishing t apply fr natinal cntributin in the framewrk f the New Reginal Plicy have t submit a frm (Antragsfrmular Kfinanzierung Bund NRP; Frmulaire de demande d aide fédérale NPR) t the Swiss ACP. Guidance can be prvided by the Swiss ACP. The deadline will be set fr each call. 10
