2 WELCOME Dear colleague, Energy Trading Central & South Eastern Europe has come a long way since its humble beginnings as a small regional event 15 years ago - to the number 1 meeting place ETCSEE it is today. Having absorbed the ideas and feedback from last year s participants, we are aiming to bring you fresh content and inspiring speakers from across the region. After having organised the event in Prague for 3 consecutive years, we are moving to Hungary s capital Budapest - recognised as an important hub for trading. With the initial deadline of the Internal Energy Market coming up, we will identify the progress made over the past years to harmonise the CEE and SEE energy market.
