The prices will range between 173,000 for a 1 bedroom and 222,000 for a 2 bedroom apartment. 3. You will be gifted a 20% Deposit and an 80% mortgage is available to you at a rate of around 3-4% only. 4. There are no legal fees or taxes to be paid by you at all (these are normally around 15,000 euro s). 5. The properties will be fully furnished with all furniture, cutlery, plates and linen included.
