7 How to earn top revenues right from the start Reach your permanent top level in your Faststart for one year with optimal commissions on your team. Your level and your activities determine your earnings. 1. You need to reach a set number of direct partners and cumulative sales total by the end of each Faststart week (23:9 on Friday). 2 Single & Double Faststart bonuses are paid out weekly. 3 Triple Faststart bonuses and & level bonuses are calculated at the end of Faststart based on the level you achieved in the whole Faststart paid out with the last Faststart week. 4 Level bonuses are paid out on direct partners who have reached the JM to NVP level plus Double bonuses are paid out on direct partners who have reached at least 2 BYAS end customers + 20 in their Faststart. Team Bonuses in the level plan and level attainment Overview 1 Team bonuses are paid out monthly on the level plan Any partner qualifies either with 0.6 PV in the ASP or 2.0 PV in the normal (final customers or personal reorders). Qualification: Junior Manager > up to E4: ASP + 2 E1 New PV. Executive Director > up to E4: ASP + 4 E1 New PV. Regional Vice President > from E4: ASP + 8 E1 New PV. Note: The E1 New PV is the of your personally sponsored partners in their Faststart. Qualification exemption for E1 New PV: Up to the M level > from 12 lines with 1 PV each. As DIR > from 24 lines with 1 PV each. As RVP up to IVP > from 36 lines with 1 PV each. Starting from AMBA > starting from 48 lines with 1 PV each. With sponsored direct new partners with each in the month you qualify for the 20% bonus on level (instead of %) in each case. Starting from 100 sponsored direct VPs with each within 3 calendar year, you receive the 20% bonus on the level without qualifying for life! Up to the Executive Director level you reach the level within 1 month with the appropriate level sales. In this context the 0% rule does apply: i.e. you have to draw 0% of the revenues from outside of your strongest line. 15 6. Founder Pool Your exclusive and highly lucrative WellStar revenue sharing. After starting, every WellStar partner has one year in which to qualify for his or her own founder level. At the end of the year, or once the maximum number of founder positions available has been reached, you are no longer eligible to qualify for the Founder Pool. Yearly requalification is required to remain entitled to the Founder Pool bonus. 18 Definitions and Terms Key information at a glance. Club Owner (CO) A Beauty Style Club (BSC) can be operated only by a WellStar partner or jointly by multiple partners. A valid BSC operating license issued by WellStar is required. The General Beauty Style Club Rules (Club Rules) apply for opening and operating BSCs. PV Commission value Each product has been assigned a PV, which determines the commission amount. Generally, EUR 100 in sales corresponds to approx. 1 PV. For each PV, EUR 90 is channelled into the incentive plan. This means that each partner earns a percentage share corresponding to his or her level in the commission plan of EUR 90 per each PV of his or her team sales. PPV & PPV = personal PV = your personal orders. = personal group volumes. The encompasses both your PPV and the orders of your personal end customers. PM profit margin The profit margin, or PM, is the profit you obtain when you distribute a product directly to an end customer. If your customer uses an order form to place an order or orders online directly from WellStar via your webshop, you will receive the profit margin with the monthly account. Personal reimbursement = increased profit margin (PM) In addition to the regular profit margin of approx. 30% 40%, after your Faststart you can qualify monthly for an additional personal reimbursement of 10% - 40% via your personal customers sales (= ). Personal reimbursements generally do not apply to special promotion items and they do not flow into the. Active status Every partner needs to retain his or her active status in order to continue receiving commissions and reach a level. This means: You have at least 0.6 PPV in the ASP each month or you have 2.0 resulting from customers and own orders. Please note: in order to take part in the Faststart Incentive Programme you must enter a personal Autoship Programme and keep it active during your Faststart. E1 New PV The E1 New PV is the volume of your direct new partner with his or her final customer (= your level 1, E1) in that person s Faststart phase. The E1 New PV is important for qualifying in Level 4 or below, starting at the position of Junior Manager (JM) and also for qualifying in the Europe Pool. Starting from the Junior Manager level, you need 2 E1 New PV; from the Executive Director level, 4 E1 New PV; and from the Regional Vice President level, 8 E1 New PV for the payments at Level 4 or lower. 17 WellStar Bonusplan
19 OrgaPV OrgaPV is the total volume of your organization. The volume of your personal orders (PPV) is also included in your OrgaPV. Example: Taken together, your partners have purchased products for 0 PV and you for 2 PV: in that case your OrgaPV = 2 PV. BV Business Volume In addition to a PV value, every product is assigned a BV value which is relevant for attaining positions in the commission plan! The BV value is not relevant for bonuses and can be raised for incentive purposes. Level attainment You reach new positions by obtaining the relevant sales. If the qualifying sales are made up totally or partially by team sales, then the 0% rule applies. This means that no more than 0% of the requisite sales can come from your strongest line, i.e. at least 0% have to come from your other lines plus your own sales. Up to the Executive Director position, you have to reach the requisite sales within 1 month in order to attain a position in the Club Director position in two consecutive months in succession and starting at the position Regional Vice President in 3 consecutive months. At the end of the Faststart, levels always apply in the ongoing month or, after Faststart, in the following month. You have to be a Club Owner to qualify for positions at or above CD. The qualification volume which has to be met amounts to 100 PV per line (of which no less than 20 EK PV BYAS final customer sales). Dynamic level compression As a WellStar partner, you will receive commissions according to your level and qualification a certain number of active levels below you. Inactive levels (= below 0.6 ) are ascribed to the next level up (level compression. Sales partner lines A sales partner sponsored by you and his or her team represents one sales partner line. One speaks of an active line when at least 1 sales partner in the team has 0.6 PPV. Car programme The car bonus (absorption of your monthly car acquisition costs) is paid out only after qualification is complete and evidence of car acquisition (if, e.g. a leasing agreement exists it must be submitted) and of installation of the BYAS Car Promotion Deco-Set on the car has been provided. The vehicle must be one of the vehicle classes listed in the WellStar Car Programme, the colour white is required. The vehicle must be in mint condition.
