The Division consists of a professional and classified staff of 325, 1,200 student employees, state, local and auxiliary budgets in excess of $126.2 million, an institutional scholarship budget of $22.5 million and university and federal financial aid in excess of $218 million annually. The units within the Division are as follows: Campus Health Services, which includes Counseling Services, Disability Resources, and Medical Services Enrollment Services, which includes Undergraduate Admissions, New Student Programs, Scholarships and Financial Aid, The dubois Center, Central Ticket Office, EMSA Financials, Military and Veteran Affairs, and Enrollment Services Business Intelligence. Student Affairs, which includes the Dean of Students, Student Life, Associated Students of Northern Arizona University, Student Conduct, Student Clubs and Organizations, Parent and Family Services, Educational Support Services, Student Learning Centers, Inclusion and Multicultural Services, Native American Student Services, Student Support Services, Upward Bound, Educational Talent Search, Educational Opportunity Centers, Four Corners Math and Science, EMSA Marketing, EMSA Development, EMSA Academic Partnerships, Assessment, Campus Recreation Services, Unions and Student Activities, and SUN Entertainment. Selected Auxiliaries including Housing and Residence Life with an annual budget in excess of $35 million, 14 residence halls, 9 apartment complexes, housing 8,564
2 students. Residence Life coordinates 33 Learning Communities, which serves 880 freshmen, and provides ten 24/7 computer labs. Additionally, there are 11 sororities and 12 fraternities housed on campus. Other auxiliaries include: Campus Dining*, Conference Services*, The High Country Conference Center*, and Parking and Shuttle Services*. * These units have joined the Division of EMSA since 2003 IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, Ames IA Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Enrollment Services consists of a staff of 80 FTE, State-operating budgets of $5.9 million, auxiliary and grant budgets of $1.5 million, scholarship budgets in excess of $21.4 million and over $221.7 million of financial aid annually. Provide leadership and direction to the offices of Admissions, Student Financial Aid, New Student Programs, Educational Talent Search, and Upward Bound. Responsible for the development and implementation of undergraduate recruitment and enrollment strategies, programming initiatives, and scholarship programs necessary to meet or exceed enrollments targets in the areas of: - Freshman and transfer students - Underrepresented minority students - National Merit, National Achievement, and National Hispanic Scholars - Resident, non-resident, and international students Director, Enrollment Services Survey and Assessment ESSAy ESSAy, established in the spring of 2002 with reallocated dollars, provides a vehicle to conduct timely, systematic program evaluation and market research using telephone surveys and focus groups.
