20 Farmer s can check the counseling intimation online by providing the Registration No. / Beneficiary No. An and SMS alert will be sent to the farmer on approval of the application and counseling intimation by the DHM. Page 20 of 36
21 Farmer s can file a grievance online by providing the Registration No. / Beneficiary No. An and SMS alert will be sent to the concerned officer regarding the grievance filing by the farmer. The State Level Officers can monitor the grievance redresses of each of the District Officers. Page 21 of 36
22 Farmer s can get the ack. of their grievance filed by proving the Registration No. / Beneficiary No. Farmer can take view and can take a printout of this ack. Form. Page 22 of 36
23 Farmer s can check the status of their grievances filed. When they are redressed, an and a SMS alert will be generated by the system and sent to all the concerned. Page 23 of 36
