3 Step 1 - Document Verification Document Verification of Reserved Category / Fee Wavier Candidate Will be done at the Authorized help Center Of Directorate Of technical Education (DTE). List of Reserved Category For Document Verification (Domicile Of Madhya Pradesh) :- SC ST OBC (Except Creamy Layer) Handicapped Candidate Freedom Fighter Quota Technical Stream Quota Sainik Quota BPL/CLASS-IV Candidate Candidates Applying For Fee Waiver Scheme J & K Migrant and Resident List Of Help Center's will be available At Unreserved Category Candidate and the Candidate not Taking Benefit of Any Scheme From MP government Need Not to go For document Verification.

4 Step 2 - Online Registration During registration all reserved (Category/Class) candidates who have verified their documents and all the Un-Reserved candidates shall have to register ONLINE through website ( from a place of convenience given below in table:- At Home, If Internet is Available Option to appear in counseling through internet Internet desk from Nearest Help Centers (Govt. Polytechnic Colleges/Govt. Women Polytechnic Colleges/Autonomous Engineering Colleges/Govt. Aided Engineering Colleges /Selected Govt. Colleges of Higher Education t./ Selected Govt. Excellence schools whose list is available with address and phone numbers on website Internet Facility Available at Candidates City / Village Authorized Kiosk of MP ONLINE

6 Mp online Login Page Click On Citizen Services, Select Counseling Field

7 Citizen Services Page Click On Counseling DTE MP Field

8 Click On PET (BE) field Online Registration Home Page

9 Click On Registration Field Counseling Index Page

10 Login Page For Registration Enter Date Of Birth Enter The PET Roll NO CLICK ON View Details Button

11 Information to be Filled in the Registration Page To Complete the Registration Process Candidate have to enter Below mentioned Information in the Registration Page :- PET Roll No. Date of Birth Qualifying Exam Roll No. (12 th) Total & Obtained Marks of Qualifying Examination Board Name Of Qualifying Examination Year of Passing of Qualifying Examination id Mobile No. Candidates Need to fill all these information Very Carefully, As all the Information will be Verified at the Time of Reporting & all the counseling Related communication Will be done Through the Given id & Mobile No.

14 Registration Receipt Page Do Not Share the Temporary Password with any Body, You will receive the Same password on your Registered Mobile No and id

16 Choice Selection And Preference Locking Step 1: Mp-online Home Page Press Enter

17 Mp online Login Page Click On Citizen Services, Select Counseling Field

18 Citizen Services Page Click On Counseling DTE MP Field

19 Click On PET (BE) field Online Counseling Home Page

20 Counseling Index Page Click on Preference Selection and Choice Filling Field

21 Login Page For Online Preference Choice filling Enter candidate's Roll Number in the Roll No. field and date of birth in the Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY) field in the given format. Click on Submit button.

22 Change Password Page System will prompt the candidate to change his/her temporary password. Enter your Temporary password in the Enter Temporary Password field and new password in the Enter New Password and Confirm New Password fields. Click on Change Password button.

24 Choice Filling Page Instructions For Online Preference/Choice Filling Candidate can Minimize the List by Using the below mentioned Filters City List will Show the colleges of a particular city. Institute Name - List will show only the Searched Institute. Branch List will only show the Institute Having the Selected Branch College Type List will show two Options 1- Govt College 2- Private College Candidate can filter the college list by clicking on any alphabet.

25 Choice Filling Page Instructions For Online Preference/Choice Filling Candidate can select the college by clicking on the Select/Remove check box against the college name. Candidate Can select Any No of Choices from the List. Selected Colleges / Branches will appear in the Text Box in the order of Selection Made.

26 Preview Preferences and Submission of Choices 1. Candidate can change the order of college preferences by clicking on the Up and Down Arrow (the selected college name will move up and down accordingly in the Selected Preference Box ). 2. Candidate can remove any selected preference by clicking on selected check box in Select your College Preference" 3. After Finalizing the List Click on Submit List Of Preferences Button

27 Preview Preferences and Submission of Choices Candidate can review the selected preferences and can click on Change College Preference button to make changes in his/her preferences. Click on Save Preferences to save the list of preference.

28 Proceed to Payment for Choice Filling Click on Proceed to Payment Button after finalizing the list. Note - : Before Going for the payment Option Review the list Carefully, As once payment is done the List Cannot be Changed & allotment will be done on the Given Choices

30 Choice Filling Receipt Candidate can take the printout of the receipt by clicking on Print button.

31 Online Allotment Allotment Letter Will be available on the Mp-online Website According to the counseling schedule. Allotted institute and the branch will be mentioned on the allotment letter. Candidate can take the print out of the allotment letter using Their login Credentials and password. After the allotment candidate will have to select one option From the Available three options Given below to take the print out. 1 Satisfied with the allotted Institute/Branch and confirm my admission. 2 Consent for Up gradation otherwise retain the allotted Institution/Branch 3 Not Interested to take admission in the allotted Institution/Branch

32 Reporting at the Institution After selecting the satisfied option candidate will have to report in the allotted institute. In the allotted institute officers appointed by the institute will do the verification of the documents of the candidate. If all the document are available and correct then a If all the document are available and correct then a eligibility slip will be generated by the nodal officer/ asst. nodal officer.
