3 Purpose The purpose of this User manual document is to explain and club the functionality or features of Application tracking system related to the Applicant only. This document helps users to understand and use this application. 5 INFORMATION CENTER: The information center present on the Home Page has the following links for the Applicant: Clearance Timeline : This link contains timelines to be followed at various levels for granting of permission for NOC for Retail Outlets/ Access to Pvt. Property along NHs. The Applicant can take the printout of the timelines by using Print button. The Applicant can also Downoad the Timelines by using Download button. The Application can go back to Home page by using Back button. Clearance Timeline : This link contains timelines to be followed at various levels for granting of permission of Laying of OFC cable. The Applicant can take the printout of the timelines by using Print button. The Applicant can also Downoad the Timelines by using Download button. INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANT The Step by Step process for applying application is described here: Step 1: Register through the Online Portal to get Registered Login ID and Password. Step 2: Apply Online after login using the registered Login ID and Password and Obtain a Tracking ID for your application. Step 3: Then, Submit the Application in Physical Form at concerned PIU/RO/HO office. Step 4: After submission of Physical Copy, you may track your application Status by clicking on Application Tracking Link. APPLY FOR This section includes Applicant Login links for the below Application type: Online Access Permission for Fuel Stations. Access Permission for Laying Optical Fiber Cable. Access Permission for Laying Gas Pipeline. Access Permission for Laying Water Pipeline. Access Permission for Laying Sewer Line. Access Permission for Public/Private Property. The Applicant has to click on the Application link for which the applicant want to submit the application. Page 14

15 ATS APPLICANT LOGIN: 1. Applicant can reach the Applicant login page by clicking on Apply For links from Home Page. 2. Applicant enters the login ID and password and click on submit button for logged in the site. APPLICANT REGISTRATION: 3. Applicant can reach the applicant registration page by clicking on New Applicant? Register link. 4. After Filling Applicant Details, Applicant Login ID and Password will be provided to Applicant by mail on the address provided by applicant. Page 15

16 APPLICANT DASHBOARD: This page will come when applicant successfully login with ATS web site. The Application List will show all the applications applied by the applicant. NEW APPLICATION: 1. New Application Button will take the Applicant to the ATS Application page. 2. The Applicant will fill all the required information in application form and click on NEXT. Page 16

17 3. After clicking on NEXT the Checklist Page will open. 4. Applicant has to fill the entire required checklist. 5. After filling the checklist applicant will click on Submit button. 6. After Submit button the Application Apply process is complete and the Application Tracking ID is generated on Right Top Corner. 7. The Applicant has to take the print of the application by clicking on the Print button and attach the printout with other documents and submit to the NHAI office. Page 17

18 APPLICATION LIST: 1. The List of the applications applied by applicant is present in the Dashboard. 2. The Applicant can see the Status of the application in Current Status column. 3. The applicant can take the print of the application by clicking on Print button. 4. The applicant can also delete the application by using Delete button (only the applications not submitted to NHAI office with physical copy can be deleted). 5. View History button is to see the complete history of the application. 6. After clicking on View History button Complete History page will open. 7. Here the applicant can see the Application Movement, Current Status and Remarks filled by NHAI officials. Page 18

19 APPLICATION TRACKING: This page can be accessed by clicking Application Tracking Link on Home page. To Track the status of any application the user has to enter the Tracking ID and click on Submit. APPLICATION STATUS: This page will contain following information: Submission date: Application submission date on which Applicant submitted application in NHAI Application Tracking Status Before Approval: Application No: For which applicant wants to know the status. Subject: Subject of the application. Office: Office name in which application request is right now for approval. Application Tracking Status After Approval: Department: Department name in which application request is right now for approval. Designation: Designation of the officer in which desk application request is waiting for approval. Status: Application Status. Page 19
