6 Our Insights to solve the problem Easy Queue is an user-friendly smart-phone apps for queuing up system in Greater China. The system can be applied in restaurant, bank, hospital or any customer service center. Just a few simple steps, Easy Queue user can get the queuing tickets without hustle. And we provide more flexibility for customers, save time from spend hours waiting outside of the restaurant/center. New Channel for advertising. Provide E-coupon for CRM. Maintain customer loyalty Less space is needed for the center as less customer is waiting.

7 How does Easy Queue work? PF sever user app 1 1. User select bank, restaurant, seat and preferences Request and data stored in Pixel Fairy Sever. 6 3 client app 3. Request received. and automatic update the waiting list Receive push notification and redeem the table. 5. Updated data stored in Pixel Fairy Sever. *Actual product demo is ready can be arranged on request. 4. waiter/receptionist update the list and assign table manually. Data send back to PF sever.

8 Do you have proof of traction? We did not launch the app yet. While the feedback from those public audience are very welcome this idea, provided that it is free to use.

9 The market size and potential According to dianping.com, the restaurants number in : Shanghai : 55900, Beijing : 54400, Guangzhou : st year : we are aiming to get 1% of the market in Shanghai (559). 2nd year : 5% of the market in shanghai (2795) and 1% of Beijing(554) and 1% of Guangzhou(237). 3rd year : 5% of Beijing (2270) and 5% of Guangzhou(1185) 4th year : expand the business module to 2rd tier city like Cheungdu, Hangzhou, Tianjin, etc. 5th year : expand the business module to Asia city with high population density like Hong Kong, Tokyo, Taipei.

10 Competition How can Easy Queue compete with them? First, they are restaurant booking system, we are queuing up system for restaurant, CS, bank and hospital. We provide client base for business side to manage both on-site and app queue up table, which is for free. we charge around below 2% commission, coz our cost is lower (no phone booking, no CS center) 饭筒网 (訂餐小秘书 For our competitor, There is a prime traditional restaurant booking agent online and phone booking. commission 3-5% for each successful booking. time blocking (630 to 930 etc) and off office hour. We are targeting help user to book the prime time at anytime.

11 What is the core strategy? Base on the needs of China consumer and restaurant/bank/customer service center owner, we have created "Easy Queue". A unique smart phone app for both side to avoid the hustle of waiting and queuing. And this business module can be duplicated into every high population density city. As we are THE FIRST ONE to offer such convenience service in a comparative low cost to service owner and free for customer, We do believe that if we are FAST enough, we can earn the loyalty of the customer and dominate the market. And once we started up fast and bonded with service owner by contract, it is meaningless for our competitor to copy our app. To do this, we need a motivated sales team.

14 Threats/ Opportunities /weaknesses 1. We are just starting up, while our in-direct competitors has established a network already. 2. We are small company, not enough resources. 3. Some of the client may prefer the crowd scene at the entrance to show off the popularity.

15 Outcome of the business I expect Easy Queue become the one and only one of smart phone queuing system for restaurant, bank and customer service center in Asia Major City. IPO should be a good option of outcome.

17 The founder 赵善龙 Shawn Chiu (CEO, CD) Shawn Chiu is a Hong Kong Chinese with 10 years of interactive and digital content experience. His edge is in creative applying insights, ideas and his sense of aesthetics across different digital media to produce results and products. Shawn has worked as creative for international agencies including Oglivy HK, Wunderman (HK, London and BJ), Grey Relationship Marketing SH before. In March of 2006, he was shifted to Disney Interactive Media Group SH as creative head. In Disney, Shawn has supervised the creative direction of Disney products in different digital platforms including Mobile, Online and Broadband Premium. For Mobile, He has launched three Disney brand handsets and also numerous SMS, MMS, Mobile Games, Animations and WAP service. For Disney Online, Shawn has focused on the creative of Disney China Official Website, the web traffic (page view) growth eight times and the Disney Internet Membership growth more than double in two years. In 2007, he has successfully launched the first China Disney Online Causal game "Disney Magicboard Online" with the biggest China Online game company SHANDA. At 2009, He has also lead the creative direction of the first China Disney MMOPRG Disney Fantasy Online with online game company Net Dragon. Besides, he was also the creative lead of Disney and Tenscent QQ cooperation, also Perfect World Hot Dance Party Avatar items cooperation. Shawn now is also the creative consultant of Xi Yang Yang.
