4 6 7 An overview of the International Company Directors Course Module 1 The Role of the Board and the Practice of Directorship in an International Context Outlines the role of the board and the various ethical considerations board members must acknowledge. Module 2 The Cultural Environment and its Impact on Decision Making Examine the influence of culture on the international board and its impact on decision making. Who delivers the course? The International Company Directors Course facilitators are drawn from a large pool of experienced directors. They are board members or advisers and come from a range of business, government, industry and not-for-profit entities.
