CYCLING CLASSES BEGINNER INDOOR CYCLING + + This class will teach new riders the basics of indoor cycling, including proper bike set up, body alignment and positions. Classes will include interval and endurance training and will improve strength and recovery. Riders will also be taught the benefits of proper stretching both before and after riding. Come and learn to ride today. INDOOR CYCLING Hit the hills, power the sprints, and chase down the competition. Get awesome cardio workouts with this high energy, heart-pounding, exhilarating class. Individual chooses intensity level so beginners to advanced participants are encouraged to attend. New students please come early for proper bike fitting. GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES BLAST Blast features an energetic blend of aerobic kickboxing, full body strength training and ab work. BOOT CAMP FITNESS This challenging strength and conditioning class will get you into peak physical condition by integrating functional strength training including TRX, cardio intervals and core strengthening. A wide range of indoor and outdoor drills (seasonally) will be the focus of this class. GROUP FIT Come and be challenged by this blend of resistance work and cardio intervals. This class will use a variety of resistance exercises and will incorporate dumbbells, elastic bands, gravity based moves and stability balls. Come and get FIT! GROUP STRENGTH Be strong! COVE POOL (86 88 ) AQUA BLAST + + This shallow water aerobics class provides choreographed routines for stretching, toning, and cardiovascular improvement. AQUA SCULPT + Use the natural resistance of water, along with breathing and relaxation techniques, to improve balance, core strength, stability, enhance flexibility, and heighten mind-body awareness. Instruction can be modified for all levels. AQUA MED + Water exercise is the best medicine! This class is adapted for individuals not ready for regular aquatic group exercise. This class will use the healing and soothing environment of water and gentle exercise to promote healthy bodies. It offers another tool in managing chronic conditions and pain. ARTHRITIS GENTLE + This class is a gentle step down from our other water aerobic classes. You will still benefit from the overall body workout at a slightly gentler pace. ARTHRITIS FIT * + + Participants are guided through a series of movements designed by specialists, geared to reduce the pain and stiffness associated with arthritis. RIVER WALK CLASS + + Power walk your way to a healthy lifestyle in our lazy river! Moving with and against the current helps build cardiovascular and muscle strength. POWER RIVER This high intensity workout in the River incorporates cardio resistance challenges, core and strength movement for the upper body while utilizing the river s dynamic current. Come ready to work hard and burn calories and challenge the inner athlete in you! COMP POOL (80 82 ) AQUA TABATA The focus of this class is fat burning! The class begins with a short warm-up followed by thirty minutes of high intensity interval training in the water. Be ready to deploy the work in this workout! DEEP WATER SENSATION Kick it up a notch with this fast, no-impact class designed to build cardiovascular strength and muscle tone. Participants must feel comfortable in deep water. Flotation belts and other equipment are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. HYDRO-MANIACS This class is a rigorous cross-training of water jogging, swimming, water aerobics, modified plyometric, strength, and cardiovascular exercises. KROC MASTERS ADULT SWIM WORKOUT Are you an adult ( years old) interested in stroke improvement, coached workouts and camaraderie? If so, this program is for you!
