5 We appreciate your compliance with these simple ways to enhance EVERYBODY S experience here! Please refrain from using your cell phone in our locker rooms and on the exercise floor. Our main lobby area and café areas are appropriate areas for use of phones. Please shower before entering our hot tubs and pools (this is a health department regulation with which we strongly agree), as this helps maintain the sanitary conditions of our pool areas. Sharing is a really good thing! Please respect others by sharing the equipment and facilities. Working in on a piece of strength training equipment is a common and accepted practice in our strength training areas (that is, allowing another member to exercise during your rest period between sets), and sharing space in our pools allows more members to enjoy the benefits of water exercise. Thanks for your cooperation; de-stressing is a good thing! And cleanliness is as good as sharing! Please take time to wipe equipment down after use (pre-moistened wipes are strategically located on our fitness floor, but please do not flush these wipes as they are not bio-degradable and will cause a plumbing issue). Thanks, in advance, for your help in keeping our center neat and clean in all areas! Looking to Host an Event? Kids Boot Camp is coming! Hosting an event and looking for space? We ve got what you re looking for, in our spacious conference facilty! We ll cater to your every need (including food) just let us know! For facility rental info, contact Jennifer Chaney at or jchaney@virtua.org Classes start in June! Registration and payment is required (at our Member Services area) For ages 8 to 12 years old (class size is limited) Tuesday: from 4:30 to 5:15 pm Thursday: from 5:30 to 6:15 pm Take a break from your favorite video game and burn a few calories! We appreciate your membership at Virtua s William G. Rohrer Center for HealthFitness, our area s most complete wellness center - and the only area center accredited by the Medical Fitness Association. Health. Life. Virtua. We re glad you re with us! 5
