3 Speakers Profile: William CHAYLIS joined Manhattan Associates in September 2014 as regional sales manager, Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Manhattan Associates, Mr. Chaylis worked in a number of key sales and business leadership roles having served as Business Solutions Manager for Linfox Logistics, General Manager for Clapper Technology and Design Engineer and Project Manager for Dexion. Previously, he also ran his own consulting firm, focusing on the retail, grocery and fast moving consumer goods sectors for multiple tier one companies in Indonesia. Mr. Chaylis has more than 10 years experience in supply chain solution selling, strategic planning, DC and infrastructure design, business process reengineering, warehouse management system implementation and project management. Roger EGAN is the Co-Founder and CEO of RedMart. RedMart is a Singapore based online grocery marketplace that offers competitive prices on a wide range of groceries and household essentials with the convenience of home delivery 7 days a week. The company s mission is to save shoppers time and money for the important things in life. Roger is also the Co-Chair of Singapore Chapter of H2, the premier global leadership network for the digital industry founded in 2009 and headquartered in Silicon Valley. Roger earned his M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from INSEAD in 2010, and his B.A. in Economics from University of Pennsylvania in Xin FANG is an assistant professor of Operations Management at Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University. He earned his Ph.D. in Operations Management from Carnegie Mellon University in 2014, and his B.S. in Information Systems from Fudan University in Xin studies the problems related to competition and coopetition in global supply chain networks. His research applies cooperative game theory, non-cooperative game theory and the theory of social and economic networks to the areas of decentralized distribution systems, supply chain risk and responsibility, and E- Commerce. Stephen GRAVES is the Abraham J. Siegel Professor of Management Science at MIT. Graves received his A.B. and M.B.A. from Dartmouth College and completed his Ph.D. in operations research from the University of Rochester. Since 1977 he has been a faculty member at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He has joint faculty appointment with the Mechanical Engineering Department at MIT. His primary research interests are in the design and planning of manufacturing systems and supply chains; recent efforts have considered supply-chain optimization, the evaluation of manufacturing flexibility and various tactical issues arising in online retailing. Graves has served on several editorial boards for journals in operations management and management science, and is formerly the editor-inchief of Manufacturing & Services Operations Management, the INFORMS journal for operations management. He has conducted industry-based research projects with numerous companies, including AT&T, IBM, Monsanto, Eastman Kodak, Amazon.com, Intel, General Motors, Boeing, Teradyne and Staples. He has been a member of the Board of Advisors to Optiant and Invistics, and the chief science advisor to JDA Software. He has been selected as an INFORMS Fellow, a MSOM Fellow and a POMS Fellow.

4 Zhiling GUO is an associate professor of Information Systems at Singapore Management University. She has interdisciplinary research interests spanning across economics, operations research, supply chain management and marketing. Her current research focuses on online auction markets, cloud computing, crowdsourcing, social networks, social media marketing, and supply chain risk management. Her papers have been published in journals including Management Science, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Information & Management, Decision Support Systems, and European Journal of Operational Research. Edward HUNTER is the Vice President of P&G, Product Supply Asia. Ed is responsible for leading the Product Supply organization to a competitive advantage in operational logistics and design of warehousing and transportation, demand planning and customer service operations while ensuring overall capability of Product Supply Asia to support growth. Ed joined P&G in July He started in the Albany Georgia Paper Plant as a Charmin Tissue Process Engineer. Ed was promoted to Chemicals Operations Group Manager at Buckeye Cellulose Plant in Perry, Florida before being appointed Ivorydale Plant Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he led the expansion of the Bar Soap Operation. In 2000, Ed became Oral Care Global PS Director and was a key player in the successful growth of Crest, White Strips and Spinbrush, while working with R&D on the launch of midtier Crest in China. Ed moved on to being the Asia F&HC Director and as the Asia F&HC leader, he led the design of first Dispersed supply network for Laundry China which is the lowest cost laundry supply chain in the world. Ed was appointed Vice President, Product Supply Asia and is currently leading Asia PS organization transformation to support our $20Bn NOS growth plan. Ed has been active in supporting education through his support of advisory boards of Howard University, Florida A&M University and development of tutorial programs for under-privileged children. He is advocate of youth community sports programs and has coached girls and boys soccer, basketball, football and track and field over the years. Ed obtained his bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Howard University, and Post Graduate Business Training from University of Michigan School of Business and Stanford University. Yun Fong LIM is an Associate Professor of Operations Management at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU), where he also serves as the Area Coordinator of Operations Management. Yun Fong s research centers on workforce management and he is especially interested in boosting productivity of work teams in manufacturing, distribution, and services. He has served as Cluster Chair of Workforce Management for INFORMS Annual Meetings. His other research interests include omnichannel retailing and distribution, e-commerce, warehousing and fulfillment, inventory management, and sustainable urban logistics. Yun Fong s work has appeared in Operations Research, Management Science, Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, and Production and Operations Management. His work also appeared as a keynote paper in INCOM 2009 and has received media coverage by The Business Times, Capital 95.8, 93.8 Live, and Lianhe Zaobao. He won an Honorable Mention of the 2015 CSAMSE Annual Conference Best Paper Award. His research has been funded by A*STAR and he was named NOL Fellow in 2012.

5 Yun Fong teaches courses in Operations Management at the executive, graduate, and undergraduate levels. He won the 2010 SMU Teaching Excellence Innovative Teacher Award. He has consulted and is constantly engaged in executive development for corporations such as Building and Construction Authority, KTP Hospital, Maersk, McMaster-Carr Company, Resort World Sentosa, Schneider Electrics, SingHealth, and YCH Group. Yun Fong obtained both his PhD and MSc degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Serguei NETESSINE is The Timken Chaired Professor of Global Technology and Innovation at INSEAD and the Research Director of the INSEAD-Wharton alliance. Prior to joining INSEAD in 2010, he has been a faculty member at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Prof. Netessine received BS/MS degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology and, after working for Motorola and Lucent Technologies, he also received MS/Ph.D. degrees in Operations Management from the University of Rochester. His current research focuses on business model innovation and operational excellence and he worked on these topics with numerous organizations including Federal Aviation Administration (USA), Lockheed Martin, Procter & Gamble, McDonald s, Rolls Royce, Comcast, Expedia, ABB and US Air Force. He serves on advisory boards of multiple startup companies and regularly speaks on Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Professor Netessine has been the recipient of several teaching awards for delivering classes to MBA and Executive MBA students at the Wharton School and INSEAD, and he frequently teaches in Executive Education Programs. Prolific academic writer, professor Netessine holds senior editorial positions at several leading academic journals and he co-authored dozens of publications in prominent management journals, including Management Science, Operations Research, Harvard Business Review and other. His work has received extensive media coverage in CIO Magazine, the Economist, Forbes, Multichannel Merchant, New York Times, US News and Strategy & Business and other press. His latest book The Risk-Driven Business Model: Four Questions that will Define Your Company has been published with Harvard Business Press in 2014.
