5 GROUP DAVID ETMENAN MANAGING PARTNER While still a child, David realized that he wanted to become an hotelier, just like his father. He joined the company in 2000, while studying business administration at the Nordakademie in Elmshorn. His focus was on setting up a central administration. Today, he is responsible for the strategy, finance, sales and expansion of the rapidly growing NOVUM Group. 8 9

6 GROUP MORTESA ETMENAN MANAGING PARTNER As the first born son of the company founder, Mortesa took over responsibility at a young age. In 1994, at the age of 22, he was a managing partner while simultaneously studying law at the University of Hamburg. Today, his main task areas within the company are personnel management as well as the technical inventory management of hotel properties. SAHRA ETMENAN MANAGING PARTNER Sahra is a qualified tax consultant and has been the Novum Group s Finance Manager since Today, she is as managing partner and responsibe for accounting, controlling and administration

7 GROUP HISTORY Sahra Etmenan, wife of David, complements the management and aids in the expansion. Establishment and opening of the Hotel Hamburg NOVUM in St. Georg, Hamburg by Nader Etmenan. Here he laid the foundation David Etmenan joins the company and begins preparations for the future growth of the company. for the present NOVUM Group.
