Grand Masonic Lodge, University Place, WA $465,000 tenant Improvement project Interior demolition, framing, drywall, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, flooring, doors, millwork, and painting. The Knolls at Inglewood Hill, CMS Companies $950,000 renovation project Ownership decided to renovate and reposition this apartment community several months prior to taking it to market. CWP was engaged to provide services for exterior painting, stair stringer replacement, deck repairs, parking lot repairs, sea with seal coating and striping, built in stone planters on the pool deck and fully renovating 50 of the property s 230 apartment interiors. This was all achieved over the course of 75 days. The property was sold 90 days later for $39 million dollars. Ownership has estimated that $3.5 million dollars of this sale can be attributed to the renovation project.

Exterior wood repair and replacements, deck enclosures, window replacements and property wide exterior paint. His business development skills and hands on knowledge of the industry along with his desire to mentor others, has allowed him to take CWP from a small GC/Subcontractor to the General Construction company it is today. This experience includes; redevelopment and new construction in both the multifamily and single family housing markets. His client interaction ranges from the large REIT and Capital Groups to the single investor. J.D Stern - Vice President WA Operations and Business Development jd.stern@cwpcontracting.com In his 15 th year in the construction industry, JD started out as a project engineer and manager. Overseeing multi-family redevelopment and capital expenditure deferred maintenance projects for fee managed clients. He also managed a portfolio of in-house owned real estate for American Management Services / Pinnacle NW, LLC. In August 2012, JD jumped on board with CWP bringing the knowledge, skills and relationships acquired over the prior decade to partner with Tim and assist in the continued growth of CWP. In addition to the ongoing involvement with client relations, project and production management; JD dedicates his time to restructuring field operations at a corporate level to assist in keeping up with CWP s growth.
