5 1 st overview Allows personnel to document field incidents/inspections and damage assessments through the use of mobile smartphones and tablets! When a field event or damage is observed, the user can quickly report details including location, date/time, asset info, and even attach multi-media files (pictures, audio, and video) 5

6 1 st incident reports 1 st automatically generates a field incident or inspection report which is then sent for confirmation and/or action by a specific department or operations personnel 6

7 1 st customization 1 st reports and sharing are customized Any type of incident or inspection report can be created Any type of report sharing can be used (including, text, , cloud etc.) We can even connect reports directly to existing enterprise systems for work order management, labor estimates, material requirements as well as trigger response actions by specific departments or personnel through assignments and notifications 7

ACE is a proprietary platform created specifically for 1 st which allows enterprise customers to customize and modify the content of the app instantly (Without the need for redeployment by emapp) ACE is the back-end of 1 st which controls what incident or inspection types are shown on the app and how the forms are managed, including which departments are sent specific incidents and how they are delivered Allows enterprise customers the freedom to change 1 st incident reporting as required 8

9 Geographic Information System (GIS) Option The 1st mobile app can also include a GIS option which allows it to connect to an existing GIS database. Users can access legacy enterprise asset information directly from the map including (asset installation date, maintenance records etc. Users will be able to visualize and edit asset information if/when required and will be able to use an advanced search function in order to find particular assets more easily and quickly The GIS option is especially useful for companies who have in-field personnel that require asset information in order to create more in-depth assessments or maintenance scheduling etc. 9
