4 A History of rapid growth Our Financial History & Position OpenView commenced trading as Cartel Security Systems in 1989 and has seen continuous growth to current date. In 2012 all of the OpenView Group companies merged to form OSSL. This greatly strengthens our market position as a single business with common objectives, strategies and fully integrated services. From Scratch to 25M with 160+ employees over 20 years Our growth commenced organically as Cartel Security Systems in the mid 1990`s followed by significant company acquisitions made during the last decade. We are now a 25M+ annual turnover business employing over 160+ people, the majority being the engineering force. Our branch network of offices enables full coverage of the UK mainland. This allows us to provide an effective service delivery for both local and national business. OpenView Security Solutions Limited was formed in August of 2012 by the merger of the OpenView Group of Companies being: Cartel Security Systems Limited Delaware Communications Limited Camrasonic Limited Garndene Communication Systems Limited Under the new OSSL company structure; these former companies are now regional offices which creates a national network under one single brand and business. OSSL is now a larger single business that has greater stature within the industry and provide a consistent and focussed approach acting as one business. 4

8 4.0 Engineering Resources Our engineering force is our greatest asset. We continuously develop and train our people plus fully equip them to enable a first class engineering service. Our company has all of the required resources; delivering services to our customers from our regional branch network which covers the mainland UK 4.1 Project Working OpenView has experience in the delivery of security system packages in the project environment. Projects can be delivered under a construction team or direct to a client as a full turnkey package. In both instances a fully project managed service is provided. Our engineering teams work for our clients to deliver a project managed implementation inclusive of all requirements that wrap around the work scope, e.g. CDM/ H&S/ CAD Design / O&M documentation plus the actual system installation & commissioning to point of handover. 9 4.2 Support services Added value services OpenView is committed to delivering service levels that genuinely fit customer needs, customised to the environment they operate. In the security sector, off-the-shelf or goldsilver-bronze service packages rarely fit service requirements on the ground. Packages tend to be constructed for the benefit of the supplier and not the customer. The OpenView proposition for service and support is genuinely flexible and bespoke. Our call centre operatives understand electronic security to manage the requirement and despatch the required engineer(s) in the most effective way possible. All engineers vehicles are fitted with GSM trackers to enable us to efficiently dispatch service engineers to local call outs and provide the quickest response. All engineers have PDA communication devices where the call centre sends call-outs electronically to the field engineers and the calls are fully tracked through to completion.
