Baigę dalyką studentai gebės, atsižvelgiant į aplinkos veiksnius, analizuoti tokias PV veiklas: personalo apskaita, darbų analizė, žmonių išteklių planavimas, personalo verbavimas ir atranka; personalo adaptavimas, vertinimas, ugdymas, personalo judėjimo valdymas, atlygis už darbą ir darbuotojų sauga. Taip pat studentai gebės įvertinti ir parinkti šių veiklų atlikimo metodus ir subjektus. Short course annotation in English The aim of the course is to study the theoretical and practical backgrounds of human recourse (HRM), also theoretical and practical innovations, features of HRM in different types of business organisations. In this course students will acquire the ability to analyse such HRM activities as: job analysis; human resource planning; recruitment; selection; orientation; performance evaluation; training and development; placement ; reward and safety. Also students will be able to evaluate and choose methods for the performance of these activities and subjects. Prerequisites for entering the course Essentials of Management. Course aim To teach students to apply the knowledge of HRM considering the environment factors, to analyse separate HRM activities, to evaluate the methods for their performance and HRM subjects. The student demonstrates minimal sufficient knowledge for the analysis of a specific situation, using examples and analogues. The student together with other members of the group prepares an oral presentation on the specific topic, which meets at least half of the given requirements The student formulates his/her opinion and answers uncomplicated questions about his/her ideas The student works together, communicates with other members of the group and takes responsibility in order to achieve his/her personal results Content (topics) 1. Learning methods: individual work: search for and analysis of information presented in educational literature, periodicals, statistical literature, on internet, etc.; analysis of written and video cases; preparation of practical tasks; discussion; consulting; group consideration of seminar tasks; group work during the preparation of group work and its oral presentation; oral self reflection. Methods of learning achievement assessment Written assessment (during colloquium and examination); assessment of oral presentation of seminar tasks; assessment of process and final oral presentation of independent group work.
