The position requires collaboration with other faculty members to design and implement curriculum for grant-writing, research, and education departments. Responsibilities include collaboration with faculty to identify objectives, identify learning strategies,

Also required for media editing of various materials (Photoshop, Camtasia, Morae Manager) Information Experience Laboratory - Needs Assessment Research Conduct and lead over usability projects of research humancomputer interaction (HCI) effects with new learning and workplace technologies. Responsibilities include collaboration with client to identify goals, creation of needs assessment methods, presentation of resolutions to system problems, and data analysis. Technology assessed includes domains such as medical informatics, global information systems, social networking, and education. Examples include: o Xplana Needs Assessment Collaborate with stakeholder to conduct needs assessment for online collaboration learning management system Responsibilities include meeting with stakeholder to identify goals of project, design of quantitative and qualitative methodology, recruitment of users for assessment, and data analysis. o Cerner Corporation Consultation Collaborate with medical school faculty to design iphone application to provide informational resources to medical personnel at of Missouri hospital system. Responsibilities include collaboration with stakeholders, creation of assessment protocols, and design methodologies to assess technology at various stages of design stages. Collaborate with medical school faculty to implement a semantic search to assess impact upon cognitive load for practitioners using new technology. Responsibilities include identifying needs assessment goals with stakeholders, creation of assessment protocols, design methodologies, and data analysis to assess technology at various stages of design stages.

4 Research Assistant (Indiana ) Served as a graduate assistant for the library faculty members of the Mathematics and Science Library. Responsibilities included catalog of new books and conducting preliminary literature searches for research projects of affiliated Mathematics and Science faculty members. Specifically, the project investigate indexing and retrieval aspects of case-based reasoning. Gather and evaluate data to assess the efficacy of learning systems designed using a case-based reasoning design model. Coordinate efforts of research assistants Center for Literacy - Jumping into Multiliteracies Programs Assist with strategies to enhance multi-literacy strategies for undeserved children (K-12) within the greater Chicago area Collaborate with faculty members to design, distribute, and implement technology solutions to develop multi-literacy skills in children Collect and evaluate data to assess the effectiveness of technology to enhance student multi-literacy Materials Science Problem-Based Learning Redesign (National Science Foundation) Assist with methodological decisions and instructional materials for redesign of a problem-based learning curriculum for a Materials Science undergraduate engineering course Collaborate with engineering faculty to create instructional

Construct quantitative and qualitative data analysis with students and faculty upon completion of course.
