1 Reactivation Packet Packet Instructions Objective of the Reactivation Packet: To have basic tools and a system to guide an inactive consultant back to active status If followed, the consultant should sell from approximately $1725 in 30 days. Supplies Needed: 8 manila file folders Labels for file folders Plastic String envelopes like the Poly-Letter size A/4 Catalogs Flyers Order Forms 6 conversation starter gifts File Folder #1: Label this folder Let s Talk. This is your basic consultant information. Contents should include: Tupperware Today or Flyer with current awards for consultants Sampling Sheet Current Recruiting Gift Offer Friends and Family List included Blank Calendar included Fast Track Training Schedule Helpful TIPS for use of File Folder #1 Use the Tupperware Today to update them on current programs & promotions Show them the benefit to them for recruiting at least 1 person in the next 30 days Friends & Family List Have them brainstorm a list of as many people as they can think of. This is their getting started list. The plan is for the people on this list to become either HOSTS or HELPERS. When you make your calls to these people, always offer the individual the Opportunity to have a PARTY first, going thru the benefits of being a HOST. (Party Planning materials will be found in Folders #5-7.) Then, and only then, if a party does not work for that individual, ask them to be a HELPER. Folders #2-4 are for HELPERS. Your goal is to have at least 3 HELPERS start taking orders within hours and have them back to you to submit by the Friday at the end of the week (preferably Slam Dunk Week) Then you should have at least 3 HOSTS that can date their parties to be held in Dec. or Jan. Calendar write 3 Helper orders in and submitted no later than Friday, May. 9th. Write in your May. Organization meeting and any other trainings. Write in close of month on May 30th Have them choose 3 party slots in May for their 3 Host folders.

2 File Folders #2-4: Label these folders HELPERS. Give these Folders to your HELPERS as soon as they agree to help. Definition of a HELPER: Someone who is willing to collect $125 or more in orders during a New Consultant s first week or during your first week of your own 30 Day Success Plan in re-starting yourself. For this $125 in sales they will receive the current Thank-You Gift offer pictured in the catalog. Contents for each folder: 2 catalogs 2 monthly brochures 5 order forms 1 Just the Facts / Join Our Winning Team sheet 1 conversation starter File Folders #5-7: Label these folders HOSTS. Give one to each HOST as soon as they agree to the Date of their party so that they can start inviting right away. Contents for each folder: 2 catalogs 2 monthly brochures 5 order forms Host Sheet can be printed from the website and Host Rewards Sheet (optional) Current Host Flyer if there is one Simple 5 Step Party Planning sheet that is included with this training 1 Just the Facts/ Join Our Winning Team sheet 1 conversation starter File Folder #8: Label this one Order Entry & Profit Visual. Wait for the answer O.K. Would work for you (pick a date/time in the upcoming week) or would work better (a day/time in the next week)? If the person says she/he would like to check with her/his friends first say That s great. Because I plan to fill my first available days, let s go ahead and pencil-in a date for you so we can hold a spot. That way when you check with your friends, you can tell them the tentative date. If we need to change something, we can. If the person says now isn t a good time to have a party say I understand.i m also looking for people that would like to get a free gift for being a Helper and show the new catalog to friends and co-workers. When the orders total $125 in retail sales I can give you $32 in FREE gifts.

6 Five Step Plan to a Great Tupperware Party! Party Date: Party Time: Step 1: Invite people You ll never find a perfect time for all of your friends, so by inviting twice as many, you re sure to have a great turnout! Step 2: Show your Brochures and Catalogs As you invite, you may find that some people cannot attend. Be sure to give them the opportunity to place an order. All outside orders count toward your party sales credit. Step 3: Remind everyone Call each person 1-2 days before your party to remind them. Let them know you re excited about them attending and encourage them to BRING A FRIEND. (I ll have a bonus gift for them and their friend.) Step 4: Find 2 Datings Two datings and just $425 in sales (approximately orders) will qualify you for FREE Tupperware or gifts from our exclusive Host Offers. Special Notes: Step 5: Keep it Simple Keep your refreshments simple. If we re doing any type of food feature, the following is what we ll need for ingredients: I want to earn the following with my Host Credits: People I ll Invite:

7 Entering Orders Go to: Fill in User Name tab Fill in Password tab Press Enter or Click on Login My sales web application What s Hot in My Sales - messages & info next Personal Summary - enter number of parties up for each week update Next Welcome Page Start New Party Party Party Set Up: enter description, party date, attendance, source of party lead, ship to host or consultant, Host name & address Use TAB key between fields or click on appropriate boxes. Also click on the Boxes for A Taste of Tupperware Party or GO Party if applicable. Next Customer Order If it s a consultant order, click on that circle. that If you want the order shipped directly to this customer, and it is part of a party is going to either you or the host, click on the box for This is a direct ship order. Just this one order will be shipped directly to the customer, and there will be an extra $4.00 charge. (this is NOT common) If this customer has dated a party, click on the box and fill in the party date. Enter Customer Name You only need something in the first and last name section, and you could fill in as little info as one letter in each field. If you fill in more info, it will be stored for you to access later. Next Enter item Numbers & Quantity (use tab key between fields - change the first column as needed) If more lines needed, use next 10 items

8 Verify - when everything is correct, Next Customer Order Summary Enter payment (all that is needed is $1 in cash, otherwise enter customer s personal credit card) Next Party Orders and Datings Click on Additional Datings to add datings without an order, New Order to enter additional orders, or Host Order to complete party. Host Order Click on the appropriate box if order is a direct ship (this is NOT common), or if they have dated a party. Item Entry The first screen of the host order is product they are actually ordering for themselves, or coupon numbers the next part is their FREE stuff. When done on the first screen, verify & click next to enter free stuff. Host Rewards Box on the right show the bonus offers, just click on the item number to order it. Enter Item numbers for FREE Tupperware, Host Gifts or ½ Price Selections, change the first box to the appropriate field. Verify Next Customer Order Summary Enter payment information Next Party Summary

9 Add consultant payment if necessary Submit Party Enter password and click on submit Party summary If it comes up as successful - you re done! If not successful - check the error messages to correct. Usually this only happens if there s a problem with a customer credit card. *********************************************************************** Other types of orders: Consultant Non-party - samples & coupon offers/awards; Non-Party - outside orders Fund Raiser. Other ordering info: When you place a non-party consultant order for samples, the retail amount will go into your cash & carry pool. You can pull up to $75 from your cash & carry pool to apply to any party, which would increase that party s sales add give your host added host credit and bonuses. You do not get sales credit on the cash & carry pool amount, you already received credit for these sales when you ordered them. When a party is less than $75, there may be an additional $4 shipping charge. Until you enter your password and click on submit party, you can go back and make changes. You have to go through the host order again, before you can submit, and if you make changes that affect the host order, you will have to re-enter that order. No computer access?
